Studio silently fails to open place files when the file path contains emoji

  1. Create a place file named “a.rbxl” and double-click it. The place opens fine.
  2. Create a place file named “:snowflake:.rbxl” or put it in a folder with an emoji in its name. Double-clicking it launches Studio, but the place isn’t opened.

Unfortunately, due to the code libraries and frameworks we use, this is not something we can support easily.
