Studio struggles with high mouse polling rates at a high refresh rate

The cursor in Studio jitters when you move or pan the camera at high frame rates. This jittering worsens if you use a mouse with a high polling rate.

At 240 FPS and a mouse polling rate of 125 Hz—the minimum my mouse can support:

  • The mouse input exhibits jitteriness, indicating that the engine cannot properly process the input.

At 240 FPS and a mouse polling rate of 8000 Hz:

  • Camera movement becomes almost completely unresponsive. It is exceedingly difficult to control or move the camera.

My hardware specs:

  • Macbook Pro M3 Max
  • Samsung G9 Odyssey (240hz)
  • Logitech G Superlight 2

Expected behavior

Studio should run smoothly at 240fps with any modern mouse. 125 Hz is the minimum that my mouse supports.

I am having the same issue, It seems to work fine for me up to 2K hz but gets exponentially worse above that, hopefully this is fixed soon.

I also have the same mouse and a 144 hz monitor.

Mine has also been jittering. At 144 hz, it seems like there is a trail of cusors, sometimes beign 3 cursors on the screen when I move/pan the camera quickly. At 60 hz I don’t get a trail, but the mouse is still jittery. It should be staying completely still when I pan my camera.
