Studio stuttering like crazy. A Roblox bug, right?

Hello there!
A couple days ago, seemingly randomly (or maybe after an update, not sure), studio started getting really choppy and seemed like it was stuttering. And when I looked into the microprofiler, this is what I saw:

A reference of how it looks like when playtesting in studio (both the client and server look the same):

When going into detailed mode, the first thing that sticks out is the top area, in which you can see the functions/processes that seem to be causing this lag

Yet there are many different variations of this. Some frames it’s just Clouds that seems to be taking very long, then other times it is Generate Reflection. Sometimes it is Id_Opaque. Sometimes it’s shadows. You get the point, it can be pretty much anything. And, like seen in the image above, sometimes it’s just… nothing? Like it’s just Scene, under which nothing much preciser is shown.

But then, a little below I can see this, which I assume to be the actual thing causing this:

There are a total of 2997 opaque BaseParts in the workspace when in play mode and 3164 in non-play mode (3461 with partially and fully transparent parts included). However this happens in even a super simple scene.

I’ve got quite a decent computer, so in no way should this be hardware related. Plus this only started happening a few days ago.

I should make a Roblox bug report about this right? Unless anyone knows what this could be caused by.

Oh alright, this has already been reported as a bug in december Roblox Studio performance issue. Apparently I just didn’t see that before…
