Studio Time - Terms of service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Studio Time plugin (the “Plugin”) provided by Hiatus.
By accessing or using the Plugin, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Use of the Plugin:
Hiatus grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Plugin for your own personal or commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
2. Restrictions: You may not:
- Modify, adapt, translate, or otherwise create derivative works based upon the Plugin.
- Distribute, sublicense, lease, rent, or otherwise transfer rights to the Plugin or any portion thereof.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Plugin.

Nothing in these Terms shall convey to you any right, title, or interest in the Plugin except for the limited license granted herein.

You agree to retain and not remove or alter any copyright notices or other proprietary rights notices included in or on the Plugin.
5. Disclaimer of Warranty:
The Plugin is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
6. Changes to Terms:
Hiatus reserves the right to modify or revise these Terms at any time.
Your continued use of the Plugin after any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.
7. Governing Law:
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
