Studio UI Tooltips stay on screen

This has been happening since the new studio version released, theres another post about it from august and it still hasnt been fixed, this is surprisingly a large issue as it happens a lot and I have to go to studio and move around on new tooltips for it to go away

To reproduce just hover over the toolbar buttons until one stays on screen and switch tabs (usually you have to switch tabs)

System: 12th Gen Intel(R) Core™ i5-12400 AMD Radeon RX 6600XT

Expected behavior

Should go away and not be persistently following you off studio

I have been using next gen studio for a little while now and this has been a reoccurring issue. I’m not entirely sure how to replicate it but this has been a frequent occurrence. I’ll hover over a random button, it will tell me what it does, but the hover description doesn’t go away when it’s supposed to. I can be on an entirely separate window and it will overlay it.

Please bump the report and mention @.MeshOfPaul to hopefully have the priority of this bumped internally. Really annoying how it seems to be on the backburner right now
