Studio update dialog appears on top of every program

Reproduction Steps
When studio has an update a dialog pops up. The dialog appears on top of every program, not just when studio is focused.
It’s visible right now as I write this bug report.

Expected Behavior
It should only be visible inside the studio window.

Actual Behavior
It is visible regardless of whether studio is focused or open

This has happened numerous times to me as well, except with the “Make your game public to share it” popup thing. When it goes on top of every window it looks like adware or something
