hi - been trying for a couple days to try and fix this issue…:
after i first reinstalled roblox a few days ago had a few problems with the install, the player for the main game took a few tries to get downloaded in a playable state which was odd?? however after many tries studio hasn’t finished downloading at all and just gets stuck like this V
tried deleting the entire program multiple times, disabling antivirus, running the studio installer as an administrator - none of this worked
no error appears on-screen when this installing bug happens nor am i able to tell when exactly the installer ‘crashes’ - however the task tends to stay open for a few seconds before it closes and shows no signs of studio being installed or opening; been driving me a bit mad now lol so any help would be appreciated, thank you
