Studio's web browser uses old OSX background loading cursor on Windows

There’s not much more to it than that. Steps to reproduce; spam the buttons in the screenshot then quickly move your cursor off of them (but not too far). Don’t blink or you’ll miss it. The obvious fix is to just get and display the real cursor instead.

I’m not sure which buttons you’re referring to. What specifically are you clicking on to cause this? What version of Windows are you on?

It’s actually not specifically these buttons, anything that triggers javascripty loading makes the cursor show up. A very easy way to see it for a decent amount of time is to search for anything in the library.
I’m on Windows 7.

I’m getting this too. I was working off of 3G with a bad connection causing really long loading times, and it happened any time a page was loading. Sometimes I had to move the cursor to certain spots to cause it.

Reproduction:

  • Set up your internet to be slow by some means (as to make the loading take longer)
  • Load a page (such as ‘Manage Plugins’)
  • Move the mouse on the screen. In some locations it will display this cursor icon while loading.

I noticed this yesterday as well, thought it was quite odd lol
