While reviewing the Subscription Settings page on Roblox, I encountered a recurring UI issue related to the help link that says:
“For questions on subscriptions, please see the subscriptions help pages.”
I noticed this issue when I changed the website language to German and Turkish, which I had selected for personal use. In both cases, the sentence appears partially hidden or is rendered below the visible section of the subscription content. Upon further testing, I confirmed that the same issue occurs in several other languages, such as Spanish and Italian.
However, this issue does not occur when the language is set to English or Bahasa Indonesia. In those two languages, the help text displays correctly and stays in place regardless of the zoom level.
This layout issue is consistently reproducible across different browsers and with all browser extensions disabled.

Reproduction Steps:
- Go to Roblox Account Settings
- Change the site language via the footer or Language Settings to German, Turkish, Spanish, or Italian
- Scroll to the bottom of the Subscriptions tab
- Observe the sentence:
“For questions on subscriptions, please see the subscriptions help pages.”
- Zoom in on the page (e.g., using
Ctrl +) until the text would normally begin to wrap or reposition — ideally zoom in enough that the sentence would approach the lower edge of the subscription box - Notice how in these languages, the text may get cut off, hidden, or displaced below the content box. This behavior does not occur in English or Bahasa Indonesia, where the sentence remains correctly aligned.
Note: This issue may not be visible at very low zoom levels. A moderate-to-high zoom level is required to clearly observe the misalignment or cutoff behavior in the affected languages. Alternatively, if you’re using a large or high-resolution screen, you may need to zoom in until the help text reaches close to the bottom edge of the subscription content box (or overlaps with the lower UI bar) in order to actually reproduce the issue.
Actual Behavior
In several non-English languages (e.g., German, Turkish, Spanish, Italian), the help text is either partially hidden or rendered outside the visible content box. This issue becomes clearly noticeable when zooming in to a level where the sentence approaches the bottom of the section. In contrast, when using English or Bahasa Indonesia, the text remains visible and properly positioned at all zoom levels.
Expected behavior
The help text should always be fully visible and properly aligned within the content area, regardless of the selected language or zoom level. It should not be hidden, clipped, or visually disconnected from the rest of the section.
