Substance Painter Texture Coming Out in Low Quality on Special Mesh

As seen in the image below I have made this UGC Back Accessory (not official)

I used substance painter to texture the shoes. I added leather and other materials to the mesh… (texture is 1024x1024) the texture comes out as being blurry specifically on the special mesh. On meshpart the texture looks fine.

Is there a way to fix this?
How can I avoid this in the future

Found out why. I think if you remove the padding in export then it fixes it.
