Management

Responsible for handling customer concerns and answering Robloxian and staff questions about a situation or the community. Serves as Senior Management member. Is expected to handle situations when a General Manager is occupied and is expected to support or customers and broader robloxians a conflict arises and decides on the best outcome for all while ensuring Subway Community improves its reputation with the Roblox community. Includes answering questions on group wall as well.

High Rank
:necktie:|Chief Support Officer(10) High rank member responsible for addressing Subway’s Community concerns and robloxian concerns as well. Responsible for reviewing community communication and staff support and ensuring all members are meeting those standards and have the support they need.

Chief Hiring Officer
Hires Hiring Managers, Is responsible for Shift Manager, General Manager, Hiring and promotions. Responsible for reading Hiring Manager applications and ensuring we have qualified management. Required to host management training for each management rank. Needs to fill out weekly reports on how many people are hired on management team. Has meetings with General Managers as needed to ensure quality of service is maintained and we hire the best managers we can.

:necktie:|Chief Relation Officer (5) High rank member responsible for ally relations, as well planning events such as meetings gamenights and Q&A’s and gathering customer service feedback. Required to give a report on recommended changes to Executive Team weekly.

:necktie:|Chief Operation Officer(3) High rank member responsible for overseeing Subway Community operations in all servers. Required to make recommendations on what needs improvement what is going well, what is not working and ensure that Training, Interview and Deli Procedures are being followed at all times. Required to send a report on Shifts, Interviews and Training attended and what needs to be done to improve quality.

Vice President of Support and Relations
Manages and works with Chief Relation Officers and Chief Support Officers to ensure that Subway is both building relationships with Robloxians not just in Subway but around Roblox and also ensures that we are giving support in house to our community supporting their goals and concerns as well.
Responsible for meeting with CRO’s and CSO’s. Updating CRO’s and CSO’s with any policy changes, Assigning CRO’s and CSO’s specific areas to work in for the week, Recruitment of qualified and community oriented CRO’s and COO’s, Review of CSO’s and CRO’s activity, conduct and improvements

:smirk_cat:|Vice President of Field Operations(3) Handles International Operations for Subway Community. Responsible for meeting with Chief Operation Officer’s. Updating Chief Operation Officers with any policy changes, Assigning Chief Operation Officer specific areas to work in for the week, Recruitment of qualified and community oriented COO’s, Review of COO’s activity, conduct and improvements

:smirk_cat:|Vice President of Human Resources(2) Handles Human Resources for Subway Community. Reviews reports of conduct reported to Human Resources. Hires qualified Corporate Administrators, reviews reports written by CA’s for accurancy and acts on recommendations. Responsible for turning in report to the President & CEO during Executive meetings to ensure the CEO is updated on what has been going on. Must hand down investigation tasks to Corporate Administration team. Address and Corporate Administrator concerns.

Works hand and hand with Executive Team to ensure Subway Community is making improvements, addressing concerns and striving to be the best community it can be. Serves as President & CEO. Conducts weekly meetings and conduct, activity and support for Executive team and Subway Community
