UPDATE! Training center updated! New Guide! The training center works on a room based system now. To start with, the trainees will wait in the lobby, you can bring as many with you at a time as you like.
Pre Room 1
- Go through the door on the left as you enter.
- When you are ready click the button on the other door and it will open, bring the trainees that are in your group into the room and click the button again to close the door.
Room 1
- Start off by explaining that they are to stay behind the red line at ALL times unless told to do otherwise by you.
- Next thank them all for attending and congratulate them for making it into the training stage.
- Explain that they are to treat Robloxians as if they are family at all times!
- Explain that they are allowed to use their own greeting as they please.
- Use this statement: “Here at Subway we work as a team on everything! Teamwork is key to our job succeeding.”
- Explain to them that when they are behind the counter they must use uniforms or subway merch.
- “If you have any issues, contact the first manager on shift, they will handle your issue or pass it along.”
- “You do not need to wait for a shift to be hosted, we are open at all times and you can always work behind the counter.”
- Tell them to get into a line and wait at the left door to enter the next room.(edited)
Room 2
- “Welcome to the bread room, in this room we will explain how you use the machines to make bread.”
- Explain how to use the dough machine and pull one out. Take it to the oven, explain how to use the oven. Then place the dough in the oven.
- While the oven is cooking explain to them how the bread remaining counter works. Show them how to get bread and what order it is in.
- Get the cooked dough from the oven and place it in the bread machine.
- Allow them to make dough and get a piece of bread from the bread machine one at a time.
- Tell them to line up at the door on the left for the next room.
Room 3
- “Welcome to the drinks room. This room will teach you how to make drinks for customers.”
- “In most cases, you will only be handing the drinks to people, as the drink machines are in the customers area.”
- Explain how to get cups and fill them. Let them try one at a time.
- Explain how the give system works. Let them give you their drinks one at a time.
- Have them line up at the door on the left to enter the next room.
Take them into whichever room is not occupied
Room 4
- “Welcome to the counter room. This room will teach you how to use the counter and toaster.”
- Explain how to greet a customer and when, then explain how to get bread and use the counter to make a sub. Allow them to try one at a time.
- Explain how to toast the sub. Allow them to try it one at a time.
- Tell them to line up at the door for the next room.
Room 5
- “Welcome to the room where you put it all together”
- Have them go behind the counter in stations and make subs, ask for them in different orders, have someone make more bread and someone get you a drink or two.
- Have them line up at the door for the next room.
Room 6
- “Congratulations for finishing the training!”
- If anyone failed the training have them leave the room at this time to try again or come back later.
- Promote anyone who passed and allow them to leave the room when you have verified that is completed.
