Subway - Code of Conduct
The Code of Conduct is an organized page of rules for all ranks, including customers and staff alike, at all of Subway’s games. How you present yourself, behave, and go about your day with other people while at Subway needs to be in check with these rules. Failure to follow these rules will result in disciplinary action.
This is split into two different sections; the ‘General’ section which needs to be followed by everyone, and the ‘Staff’ section that needs to be followed by our LRs (Trainee+). Please note that the enforcement of these rules is at the discretion of our administrators and their say is final. If you believe you have been falsely banned for any reason, please contact a Chief Staff Officer or above.
General Guidelines
The act of “trolling” to disrupt other players’ gameplay or experience of the game is forbidden. Some examples of this behaviour are, but are not limited to:
- Disrespecting employees.
- Asking for items that are not featured in-game to purposely irritate employees.
- Bypassing Roblox filters.
Spamming
Spamming in-game is not permitted. This is not necessarily limited to repeating the same text repeatedly, it can also be sending chat messages at a fast pace or spamming random symbols.
Exploiting
Exploiting is strictly prohibited, this involves abusing vulnerabilities on the Roblox platform to gain an unfair advantage over other players or to cause upset to other players is strictly not permitted. Examples of this, but not limited to, are:
- No clipping into employee areas.
- Abusing animations in-game.
- Unauthorised execution of client-side code.
- Unauthorised calling of remote functions and events.
- Safechat exploits.
- Flinging vulnerabilities.
Game Theft
Using exploits to download assets owned by Subway or Developers is not permitted. Subway will actively attempt to remove and report any stolen assets such as code, models and clothing.
Additionally, going out of your way to copy assets owned by Subway is not tolerated.
Abusing Loop Holes
Loop-holing any of the rules listed above will not be permitted and you will still be subject to action from the Administratiion and above.
If our employees deem you are violating our community rules or any Roblox rules, we may revoke your access to our games.
[7] Please do not annoy our administrators. If you are continuously following us around or just being generally annoying towards us, we have the right to ban you from the server if you do not cooperate after being initially told to stop.
[8] Please do not make any false accusations or reports about any other users. This will lead to you being banned from our server after a prompt to stop.
[9] Please try your best to speak English when you are at the restaurant, as most of our LRs and admins only understand that language. If you are not familiar with English, please use Google Translate and select the “English” option. If you troll in another language, you will be banned from the server. If you fail to comply to speak English after being informed to do so, you will also be banned.
[10] When you are at the cafe, the maximum amount of items you can order at one time is three. If you order more than that in the same order, you will be reminded that the limit is three. If you purposely continue to order more than three items, you will be banned from the server.
[11] Administrators have the right to ban your alternative accounts if you rejoin on them after you have been banned rightfully on your first account for breaking any of the above rules.
The regulations provided on this document that apply to you and your specific rank are required to be followed whilst visiting and working at any of our group facilities. Failure to follow these regulatios or attempting to bypass them will result in consequences from our administration team. Feel free to message any Staff Assistant or above about the regulations listed above if you have any questions, comments or concerns about them.
Staff Code of Conduct
1 - Dress Code:
All LRs are required to wear appropriate attire outside the kitchen. Inappropriate attire includes but is not limited to: offensive, discriminatory, homophobic, anti-Semitic, or racist clothing, “ALM” shirts, “Blue Lives Matter” shirts, or any other shirt mocking the BLM movement. While you’re serving in the kitchen and at training sessions, the torso of your avatar must be visible so the uniform torso is visible.
2 - Responsibility and Behavior:
It is expected that you act in a decent manner that any reasonable person would act in at all of our group facilities, for example you can have a chat with your friends, customers, admins or other workers. However, ensure that you are following the Subway Code of Conduct and Roblox Terms of Service at all times. We do not want to see you treating others with disrespect, making vulgar jokes, insulting anyone, trolling, gossiping, etc. Not only does this reflect poorly on your own character, but the group as well. When working behind the counter, serving customers should be at the forefront of your mind, therefore they should be served in a professional manner. If you are caught not following the rules, consequences will be given ranging from a demotion, ban, Premium Customer ban, or a permanent ban depending on your rank and the severity of the situation.
Please also note that any actions that are performed on your account, regardless of who was actually using the account, are the account holder’s responsibility and the account will be appropriately dealt with. Excuses such as “it wasn’t me” or “my brother used my account” will not be deemed as valid
3 - Promotions:
LRs can get promoted by attending training sessions. The last rank you can achieve from trainings is Senior Cashier. If you are interested in being promoted further than Senior Cashier, then one thing that you shouldn’t do is hint. Asking for promotions, complaining about someone else being promoted or telling an admin that you have worked for months, would be hinting, and could lower your chances of being promoted. This applies to all workers, as it is viewed as unprofessional and disrespectful. Additionally you shouldn’t work for too many hours, considering it’s unhealthy and it will not increase your chances of a promotion. We prefer to see consistent and healthy activity if you plan on working for MR. For more information regarding becoming an MR+, you can take a look at our promotion guide in the main handbook.
4 - Grammar:
If you are a Trainee - Head Cashier, grammar is not required at all within any Subway games. However, your sentences still need to be readable and understandable, so customers and other staff members can understand you. Failure to make your sentences clear and understandable will result in a demotion from your position.
5 - Job Requirements:
In order to become a worker at Subway, the only requirement as far as the ranks Trainee-Senior Cashier go is that your Roblox account must be at least 20 days old. You cannot apply for the Trainee rank if your account was made less than 20 days ago. If you wish to become a Head Cashier, you must not have safechat, and you must have a Discord account along with being verified in our Discord server.
The rules listed on this page that apply to you and your rank must be followed while visiting and working at any of our group places. Failure to follow these rules or attempting to work around them will result in consequences from our admins. Feel free to message any Staff Assistant or above about the rules listed above if you have any questions, concerns or suggestions about them.
