Reproduction Steps
The bug occurs after updating my graphics driver via the GeForce Experience application. The only way I have found to reproduce the issue is by downloading and installing a new graphics driver for my GPU.
System:
Windows 11 (occurs on Windows 10 too)
Intel i7-8700k CPU
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 GPU
Expected Behavior
Studio should be able to reinitialize its display devices without issue.
Actual Behavior
The 3D viewport goes blank (usually white, and soon to dark gray), and the topbar goes blank as well. A few error messages pop up. See image below.

I can reproduce this, I was about to file a bug report on it myself. It stops working, then throws seemingly endless “Plugin window stopped responding. Please try reopening them” errors.
Do you mean that Studio stopped working after you updated your drivers (while studio was closed), or do you mean Studio crashed after you updated your drivers while it was open (this is expected of most programs)? It’s a little unclear what you mean in your repro.
I reinstalled my nvidia drivers today for GTX 1070 with no issues.
