Rules & Regulations
Rules and Regulations
Sugar Bowl has rules and regulations that we require our community to follow at all times. These regulations ensure the safety of our community, as well as, ensuring a pleasurable experience to our customers & staff.
Our staff are trained to enforce these regulations, and a violation of any of the following rules will result in disciplinary action depending on the severity of the issue.

Trolling or disturbing the experience of other customers and staff is strictly prohibited and will result in disciplinary action.

Exploiting/hacking on any Sugar Bowl premises is strictly prohibited. This will result in your account being banned from our establishment.

No spamming of any fashion is allowed. This includes emote spam, repeated words or phrases (must be said 3+ times), and such. In addition, anything that seems like spam is prohibited.

Inappropriate clothing is not permitted on Sugar Bowl premises and will result in you being banned from our establishment.

Usage of derogatory language or managing to bypass the chat filter is strictly prohibited at our establishment.

Disrespect is not tolerated whatsoever from staff or customers, and will result in a warning.

Advertising your establishment or any other game/group is not permitted on Sugar Bowl premises.

Not complying with Roblox Terms of Service is strictly prohibited at our establishment and will result in disciplinary action.

The maximum items you can order at a time is 4 items, if you attempt to order more than 4 items at one register you will be asked to meet our limit. Furthermore, going to another register and ordering from a different staff member is completely fine.

Glitching into any restricted areas or attempting to get into any restricted areas is prohibited and will result in disciplinary action.

Other languages are always allowed, however, if we catch you saying offensive things in other languages; you’ll be immediately removed from the server.

Circumventing any punishment on Sugar Bowl premises; such as creating another account to bypass a ban, or whatever the case could be is not permitted.
We address violators of these rules with our warning system, if you are caught breaking any of these rules you will be issued one warning. After one warning, you will then be kicked from the server if you continue to violate our rules. After being kicked three or more times, you will be either server-banned or permanently banned depending on the severity of the issue.
Arguing with staff in regards to moderation action after you have been kicked, warned, or banned is prohibited.
Employment Process
Sugar Bowl is always seeking new staff members, if you’re interested on how to join our team, follow the instructions listed below.

Rank Descriptions
Non-Staff
Suspended - Staff members that have been caught for violating our rules and regulations will obtain this role depending on the severity of the issue. These staff members will have this rank temporarily unless said otherwise.
Noted Customer - Noted Customers consist of valued staff who have resigned from our establishment, in order to obtain this rank you must give a great contribution to Sugar Bowl and have resigned as a High-Rank.
Low Ranks (LRs)
Trainee - Trainees have either passed an interview or application and are waiting to be trained. You are not yet permitted to work.
Junior Scooper - This is the first rank permitted to work at the parlor, they are expected to serve customers and get a better understanding of how Sugar Bowl operates.
Scooper - These staff are more experienced with Sugar Bowl and have attended additional training to carry on their duties.
Experienced Scooper - Experienced Scoopers is the last and final rank before management, they have completed all necessary trainings and understand how to carry on their duties efficiently and effectively.
Management (MR)
Staff Assistant - This is the first rank to obtain moderation privileges, and they oversee low-ranks and assist them when needed. They are also responsible for moderating the server from rule breakers and such.
Supervisor - Those in this rank are responsible for supervising the parlor, and are also responsible for supervising all low-ranks & staff assistants.
Assistant Manager - These staff assist managers in whatever way possible, they are experienced management members who are preparing for their next step at Sugar Bowl. They have additional responsibilities during sessions.
Manager - These staff have shown that they are ready to be in such a trust-worthy position and instruct all staff at the parlor on what to do. These members are specifically experienced with handling server incidents, customers, and things of that nature.
Coordinator - These staff have shown they are fit and ready to take on a High-Rank position, and monitor all activity at the parlor. These staff oversee all management members and ensure that the flow of operations isn’t disrupted. These staff have many additional responsibilities.
High Ranks (HRs)
High ranks are management members who have been promoted after careful consideration, and have shown their best work-ethic and dedication while working at Sugar Bowl. These staff are highly experienced and manage the Sugar Bowl day-to-day operations. High ranks are members of Staffing & Public Relations departments and specialize in different areas of our group.

Experienced Scooper Session Spectating Information
In order to spectate sessions, you must follow a certain set of regulations. Constantly spectating sessions will not only increase your levels of promotion, but will be good for your staff performance.

Only 8 Experienced Scoopers are permitted per each server; if the host does not permit any spectators/experienced scoopers, you will be required to leave.

Disrupting or correcting the process of trainings is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal from the server.

To correspond with the regulation above, correcting trainees or distracting them or training staff during a session will result in removal from the server.

Using this opportunity only to be considered for a promotion is strictly prohibited – and will not be be tolerated. This will drastically decrease your chances for a promotion.
Affiliate Application/Information
Sugar Bowl is open to creating partnerships with different Roblox groups and industries on the Roblox platform. Our affiliates are expected to support us in every way possible, just as we’d do for them, and we’re open to affiliate applications 24/7. The Public Relations Department of Sugar Bowl specializes in affiliate information, application reviewals, and things of that nature, should you have any inquiries of that nature.
In order to apply, you must meet the set requirements below -
- Group must be in the service industry (Ex: Restaurants, Cafes, Parlors, Hotels, Cruise Lines, etc.)
- Group must have at least 100 active members
- Group must have an established corporate/employee ranking structure (Ex: Junior Scooper, Experienced Scooper, so on and so forth)
- Group must have an active main game or one in development
- Group must have a Discord server willing to announce our events (Sugar Bowl will do the same)
- Those filling out the application must be authorized by the group to do so

Appeal Information
If you have received any disciplinary punishments, and would like to appeal them you are more than welcomed to do so. However, there are certain requirements and criteria you must meet before appealing your punishment.
Permanent Ban
In order to appeal a permanent ban, you must wait 1 month (30 days) of being banned in order to be unbanned. If you would like to be unbanned, please open a ticket or contact one of our High Ranks directly.
Discord Ban
In order to appeal a Discord ban, the ban has to be effective for a minimum of 15 days, after 15 days, you can appeal your Discord ban.
Blacklist
When you are blacklisted from Sugar Bowl, you CANNOT be unbanned under any circumstance; unless told otherwise by the President.
