The main problem for which this or that employee is not hired is the lack of work in the portfolio that shows your skills. So I ran into the same problem. I’ve been scripting for almost 3.5 years now, but I haven’t seen orders over $2. This is very offensive to me.
Why am I writing? I have trouble with imagination, so I really want to hear your ideas on what I can fill my portfolio with.
Thanks for any ideas.
If you have work that properly displays your skills, use that.

I don’t have it because i can’t make anything without enthusiasm and idea
Yeah, I get this. Especially as a scripter, it is difficult to fill out a portfolio compared to like a builder. Maybe make a few scripts specifically for the portfolio?
Yes. I need a few scripts for portfolio bu i don’t have an any idea
well this sucks.
Luckily enough for you, I do not have a good solution!
All you need to do is get ideas! How? Go play games, get inspired, then create something!
If you just create something without you actually wanting to make it other than for your portfolio its probably going to show.
One thing that I find that helps is looking at free resources, because making resources is something I do very much enjoy! So like find something you enjoy doing, then expand on it!
One thing I’ve noticed is that most people are not an everything scripter, so find your niche, it helps.
I’ve probably been rambling a whole lot but hopefully this helps even just a bit lol

Reverse engineering inspiration is always a good answer! It’s what can get you into the mindset of appreciating complicated systems and also understand they’re not really that complicated all together.

Oh yes this too! Tricking your mind into being inspired works quite well!
Also thats a good point, complicated systems, really arent that complicated lol
Just a lot of mini tasks that might seem daunting if you only consider the bigger picture
