I’m here to ask for suggestions: I’d like to create some police badges for police games and groups and some simple badges for my group’s ranks. I search for websites on the internet and for the best apps on Google Play, but I can’t find anything that can do something similar.
Other people’s badges are made exactly how I want them. How do they do? What do they use to make them? Could you please give me some suggestions for what to use to do these badges?
You can always use a image from good and edit for yourself. I recommend using PIXLR.X to edit these badges.

By “program done” I think you mean if there are any specific programs to make badges; no there are not, anyone can use any program to make a badge actually. If I did not understand please correct me.
Yes, I meant that. I also mean programs for making logos (not editing images), it doesn’t matter if the purpose was not badge making.
Important thing is that I can make a good badge.
Yeah you can use PIXLR.X for making badges too, I actually have made a few badges on my own in it. Hope it helped you!
I suggest Photopea.
As someone who used photopea to make logos and ui’s for a long time now. It’s is an alternate version of Photoshop.
I’ve seen people suggesting Pixlr and Gimp too. I have never used them so I quite don’t know if they are good or bad.
And there is another program called Lunacy.
I suggest watching some GFX Comet videos if you decide to use Photopea.
