Suggestions on Small Scripting Projects

Good morning,

I am an intermediate scripter in the process of making a portfolio. I make this post today seeking help on deciding small projects to add to my portfolio.

If you can think of any small (up to 3 days) scripting projects that I can do for my portfolio, please leave a reply!

Small Project Ideas (all could be scaled to bigger projects too)

  • Basic GUI-based Admin Commands
  • Custom backpack / tool system
  • Item placing system (like most building games)
  • Notification GUI system (think iOS push notifications, but bottom right of the screen maybe)
  • Smart pathfinding NPCs
  • Camera cutscene module
