Upon attending one of our scheduled and coordinated trainings here at Summit Hotels and community, you will soon be permitted to interact with our distinct staff opportunities that have been introduced to assist the interactivity of the hotel and resort for staff members as well as of Hotel Guests. How do I receive a job at Summit Hotels & Resorts?
To receive a job at our wonderful community, it is imperative to follow the following steps regarding to a member of the Summit Staff Team. First off, you would want to join our ROBLOX community group. Once you complete joining the group, you are then directed to join our Application Center and apply to be a trainee. Once you pass the trainee application, you are required to attend an additional session titled as a Training Session. You would want to find the nearest time of the session and attend that session. Once you have attended and passed one of our respective training sessions, you are now officially a member of the Staff Team, congratulations!
Receptionist
Receptionists have the duty of working behind the counters in the open foyer to provide hotel guests their room keys; their objective as a receptionist is to answer any questions or concerns and ensure any issues are resolved. They should regularly communicate with housekeeping to relay any information informed from guests that their service is needed; their placement is to certify that the hotel guests are satisfied with the service provided to them.
Security
The occupation of a security member is to ensure the staff team and hotel guests feel safe during their visit. Game moderators and security members are two separate departments, however they primarily have the same objective of establishing a sheltered environment where those who disregard the guidelines receive the correct punishments. Members of the security cadre are prompted with handcuffs to remove disruptive guests to avoid causing disturbance to the rest of the server.
Housekeeping
The serviceable operations of a member of housekeeping is to corroborate that hotel guests are satisfied with the cleanliness of their stay at Summit Hotels. It’s their job to make sure rooms are cleaned in-between use, any janitorial duties are managed and administered to certify the hotel is kept in pristine condition. Members of housekeeping are granted cleaning supplies and a radio to keep consistent communication with security and reception to be present when custodian matters arise.
