This is something we’re trying that will zone, contract, and pay people for works done based on permits and designs similar to how a city functions.
In this experimental stage, we are seeking out people who are willing to work for day job equivalent pay that can help be a great supplement depending on the hours worked.
We have multiple projects that are in need of driven users who can learn and adapt to our procedures and strategies.
This stage focuses on building strategy, resources, standards, and documenting the resources that will act as the guidebook.
This being an architectural program, a series of projects, podcasts, playlists focused on delivering standard operating procedures using a subset of plugins and leveraging resources to import, plan, and build approved infrastructure utilizing pre-design queues and links across multiple databases.
Members will be setup into Teams, and depending on the situation we will have some starting exercises and templates to fill out in TeamCreate.
This will lead to a better understanding for what people expect, and how well they preform prior to the additional stages in development.

Summit Studios contracts and employs talent to produce specified and functioning systems inside a variety of pre-defined projects that perpetuate the vision to imagine, iterate, and dream.

The ideal candidate would have a self defined portfolio with works to show their level of expertise and involvement. The games under Summit are about bridging the material world with the abstract concepts possible in video games. Networking, co-creating, and drafting processes and standards to uplift the gaming industry from an indie-level in the comfort of your own home.
You will be responsible for taking care of yourself, showing up to envision, and implement products and services to the games under Summit. We specialize in two projects, a macro experimental data driven programs inside Urban and Rural environments with fast paced Vehicles, a variety of shops, and jobs. Another a micro simulation showcasing the importance of food, markets, and settlements.
The successful candidate will have sense making, questions, answers, and can align themselves to a vast realm of tasks to add to the model, your skills, talents, and abilities to improve the overall quality of the projects. Successful execution of these strategies is empowered by a wage clock-in, clock out system; in combination with evaluation of the final product, system, asset, model, and so on. The larger it plays a role in a functioning game, the larger the pay.
A successful hire will ensure adequate time to study and utilize the production methods and will be able to communicate, log, and request for what is required to achieve the desired results.
Responsibilities include:
- Build skill and local relationships to understand market trends, and enjoy progress.
- Participate in the app ecosystem and network with potential clients.
- Develop and maintain a production agenda to fulfill projects shared in 3D space.
- Share your work and progress on your social media and Summit will quote tweet you thoughts, expectations, and feedback.
- Utilize the business development tools and orientate to coordinate with network and standards to get stuff done.
- Create consistent log reports that display performance, technical achievements, and why it is created this way.
- Utilize the realm to consolidate sales and communicate with Legal and Human Resources to finalize project stages.
- Attend Developer Conferences and develop feasible plans to achieve new opportunities within reason and avoid common pitfalls.
- Maintain developer relationships through all stages of the production process, and grant yourself periods of time to improve your own foundation.
Requirements and skills

- Experience in communication, in-house organization, and time blocking.
- Previous experience and ability to separate projects and modularize to negotiate for deal making.
- Experience in working with domestic and international contacts.
- Proven experience in identifying key points to bring attention to detail with clear next steps.
- Proven ability to interpret projections, and remain calm during arguments, remain the voice of reason and act accordingly.
- Ability to manage or delegate multiple projects simultaneously.
- We are seeking experienced professionals, but will also accept applications from new graduates. Salary will match years of experience, and impact of developed work.
