In order to Interview Interviewees, you must be at the rank [MR]
Receptionist.
If you want to rank up from Receptionist, attend a hosted training.
Interviews are only for Toddler to Teacher’s Assistant and Teacher to
Librarian. NO OTHER RANKS. If the interviewee is not in the rank toddler
or teacher, than they have to go to a hosted training.
Rules regarding Interviewer:

Interviewing name: Role[]Name[]Rank
Role – What role are you in current Interview? Host, Co-Host,
Helper, or Spectator? (Helpers/Spectators name themselves or
have a HR/MR name them. This is to prevent getting kicked by
a HR)
Name – Well that is quite obvious. It’s your roblox username. It
can be your username, a shorted version of that name, or a
totally different name. Doesn’t matter, just make sure there’s a
name.
Rank – What rank are you in SunSet Daycare? -
When giving an interview, you are required to use proper grammar at
all times. -
Formal wear is required to give an interview.
Formal wear includes and is not limited to:
Suits, dresses, and/or skirts -
At least one interviewer, helper, and/or spectator is needed at the
spawn location. (People whom are wandering around after start of
interviews are to be kicked)
Reasons for this are:
To help interviewees if needed
Warn or kick those who are disrespecting staff
Making sure interviewees are seated until interview -
Each interviewer can have up to one person as a helper.

Each interviewer can have up to two people when interviewing.

If AFK, please put a FF (force field) on. This is to let HR/MR’s know.
Before an interview starts:
- Introduce yourself (all interviewers must do this)
Say your name and role to all interviewees - Ensure that all interviewees are seated
- Name interviewees + yourself
- S-lock server 5 minutes after starting interviews (If someone is late,
they have time to join) - Host tells all interviewees the rules, which are:
Always respect the staff present
Listen to your interviewer
If have admin, don’t abuse it
All interviewees have three warnings regarding disrespecting
staff members or admin. If all three warnings are used then that
results in a kick.
Always try your best
And lastly, have fun
Interviews begin! Lead to designated interview tables.

Why did you decide to join SD?
From 1-10 how good of a person are you?
When was the group founded, and by which two people?
Who is the spokesman?
From 1-10 how good is your grammar?
What would you say if a toddler walked up to you? (Greeting)
What would you say id a fellow SD member was asking for
directions?
How committed to the group are you?
From 1-10 how active are you?
Are you willing to protect the toddlers at all times?
Teacher to Librarian (Interview Questions)
What would you do if someone asks for directions?
What is your vision for the SD library?
How much do you care for SD?
When someone is being loud/obnoxious in the library, what do you
do?
How do you handle a troller or someone who abuses admin?
Will you abuse admin?
What is your library greeting?

If another teacher isn’t doing his/her job, what will you do?
What will you do if a troller enters the server?
How often do you think you will work?
What if someone abuses admin?
Will you respect admin at all times?

slightly difficult situation for teacher to solve
Librarian to Nurse (Training Questions)
Are you willing to protect the children and tend to them when in
need?
What if a child walks up to you hurt? What will you do?
What will you do if a troller enters the nurse’s office?
How often will you be active?
How good is your grammar?
What is your nurse’s greeting?
Treat as if I was a toddler. Trainers need to come up with a slightly
difficult situation for nurse to solve
Nurse to Security Officer (Training Questions)
To what degree will you go to protect the toddlers?
Do you understand that with this job, you will be the main resource in
protecting the toddlers?
When there is a fight or argument taking place, what do you do?
When another Security Officer is abusing his/her admin, what do you
do?
Will you abuse your admin?
How active are you from 1-10?
Trainers need to create a situation in which the trainee has to solve.
Security Officer to Receptionist (Training Questions)
How long have you been with the group?
Who is the Chief Executive Officer?
Who is the spokeswoman and the owner’s best friend?
What is your job as a receptionist?
When was the group founded?

Are you committed to the job?
How do you handle trollers?
As a secretary, do you know that you can officially train trainees?
Do you know how to do so? (If not then tell them to read the training
rules to get the basics)
Name one head of security?
Name the principle?
Have you ever abused admin? If not, will you abuse admin?

Secretary to Guidance Counselor (Training Questions)
What is your job as a guidance counselor?
How do you treat toddlers?
How long have you been with SD?
Who are the owners of SD?
How do you handle trollers?
What if your fellow staff members are abusing admin?
What if your fellow staff members are treating a toddler wrong? What
do you do to stop it?
As a guidance counselor, it is your job and others to protect the
toddlers and ensure that everyone is doing their job when HR’s aren’t
there.
Do you know that you have to be ranked up by HR’s? You cannot
attend a training or interview to rank up.
