Hello everybody. You are viewing the official Sunside Hotel handbook. In this document, we intend to outline important rules and requirements that will govern community activity.
Staff members must follow a variety of rules and requirements, and many of them are complex. Staff members who violate these rules may be terminated. The document contains many significant parts, including information on Administrative Abuse, staff criteria, command use, among others.
Affiliate Information
Affiliations
To become an affiliate with our group, you need to meet the following qualifications. This is so that we can ensure your group will not be a dangerous affiliate or one that does not support our policies.
We only approve alliances that are non-toxic and do not engage in illegal activities, raids, crashes, or other disruptive practices. If you have not committed any crimes outside the internet in the past 14 months, you may not be considered dangerous. To maintain your community, studio, or type of group, you need a management or administrative team. We need our partners to have at least 500 members or more, for now. This will ensure they’re reliable. To ensure community safety, the community must have a good word and be active within the community.
There is no reason to attribute our problems to other groups or to other matters that don’t affect them. You must not have a toxic community or a derogatory reputation that has been marred by allegations of illegality and seriousness
Alliances can’t just be set up to gain and/or steal members from other groups. You can’t spam alliances or control them excessively. If you do not meet the criteria and engage in an activity that is unsettling for us, we will blacklist your group, clan, or community from working with us.

When you join the staff team at Sunside, you are demonstrating your commitment to the cause as well as your regard for the community.
If the reason for requesting a rank change is invalid, the employee cannot change it for you. Actively serving and performing the duties of your position is also imperative. Being polite and professional should be your top priority. Members cannot view their colleagues negatively or negatively perceive them in any way. Your rank increases with the expectation that you are professional. Therefore, the chairman will also act professionally so that everyone benefits.
Every rank must act in a non-disturbing manner at all times. We will therefore list the requirements for each rank below.

Services Department
Visitors receive an enjoyable experience from the team regarding services.
Housekeeping
Housekeeping
The services department is responsible for housekeeping. To make the hotel look pristine, it is cleaned and made free of all the damaging substances that are disgusting. Cleaning the rooms in the hotel is another task of theirs, so they must pay attention to detail.
Baristas
Baristas
Baristas tend to make guests comfortable by serving drinks and other delightful details to make their stay enjoyable.
Security & Receptionist
S&R
Keeping the hotel with guests and safe is the responsibility of the security and reception departments.
Receptionists
Receptionists
The receptionist is supposed to offer a room to everyone who comes up to the desk to ask for one. Other details cannot be taken into consideration.

We have entrusted security with the responsibility of arresting those who violate our rules.

Middle management is expected to remain professional, from the Head of Security to the Head Receptionist.

It is essential that the Management Team and the Head of Management act very professionally and demonstrate activity, effort, and other things that show maturity.
Senior High Ranks
Senior High Ranks
It is essential that the all SHRs act very professionally and demonstrate activity, effort, and other things that show maturity. Including creative activity for the community.
