Code of Conduct
Code of Conduct
Welcome to the Code of Conduct! This section is intended to describe our general guidelines for all Suntide facilities and group-related matters. We have established the following regulations to ensure a pleasant experience for everyone. Please read through and follow these guidelines to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment. Violating any of these rules may result in consequences, including being banned from the game.
[1] Respect:
- We expect all guests to treat each other with kindness and respect. Disrespectful behavior, including harassment, bullying, or verbal abuse towards other players or staff members, will not be tolerated. Treat others how you would like to be treated to maintain a positive community atmosphere.
[2] Trolling:
- Trolling or purposely disturbing the flow of the juice bar is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, sending offensive messages, exploiting game glitches, improperly ordering, and intentionally disrupting gameplay. Such behavior disrupts the enjoyment of others and will lead to disciplinary action.
[3] Exploiting:
- Using unauthorized game vulnerabilities or cheats to gain an advantage, manipulate gameplay, or disrupt the normal functioning of the juice bar is strictly prohibited. If any signs of exploitation are detected, the exploiter will be permanently banned to ensure the integrity of our game environment.
[4] Attire:
-
Your clothing choices need to be appropriate for a family-friendly environment. Inappropriate clothing includes, but is not limited to:
- Racist, sexist, ableist, homophobic, or any form of discriminatory clothing.
- Invisible clothing with realistic skin color.
- Clothing that bypasses the Roblox filter (e.g., swearing).
- Offensive clothing (e.g., anti-LGBTQ+ clothing).
- If you are wearing inappropriate attire, you will be given one minute to change. Failure to comply will result in a ban. Suntide’s Management+ has the discretion to determine what is inappropriate.
[5] Advertising:
- Advertising is not allowed within our community. This includes but is not limited to, promoting your or others’ social media, Roblox group/game, Discord server, etc. This ensures our focus remains on Suntide’s experience. Violations will result in a ban.
[6] Spamming:
- Spamming, which includes sending repetitive, unsolicited messages or content in chat or on our group wall, is not allowed. This behavior disrupts communication and can lead to a ban.
[7] Alternate Accounts:
- If you are banned from the server for violating the rules, creating and using alternate accounts to rejoin is not allowed. Suntide’s Management+ reserves the right to ban your alternate accounts to uphold the initial ban’s effectiveness if they have reason to suspect you are an alt of a banned user.
[8] Bypassing:
- Bypassing is the act of bypassing Roblox’s filter to display inappropriate messages, profanity, or other prohibited content. This includes inappropriate usernames and display names, and any content that violates Roblox’s community standards. If any bypassing content is detected, it will result in an automatic ban. This rule applies to all interactions, including training sessions and at the juice bar. Bypassed usernames or display names will result in a permanent ban.
[9] Bothersome Behavior:
- Continuously following, annoying, or bothering others in-game, especially admins, is not acceptable. If you persist in such behavior after being asked to stop, you will be banned from the server. Respecting others and Suntide’s Management+ helps maintain order and a pleasant environment for all.
[10] Common Sense:
- If you think something might be wrong or against the rules, it likely is. This code of conduct covers the basic rules, but using common sense is essential. If Suntide’s Management+ feels you are trying to bypass any rules, they have the right to take action, including banning you from the server.
[11] Personal Privacy:
- Respect the privacy of other players, and keep your information secure. Never share personal information about yourself or others. Sharing others’ private information without their consent will result in a General Ban, banning you from all facilities, our Roblox group, and our Discord server.
[12] Communication:
- To ensure clear communication, please speak English while at the juice bar, as most staff members only understand this language. If you are not familiar with English, please attempt to translate your messages. If you are unable to do so, an admin will try to translate their speech to your language. Trolling in another language or refusing to communicate in English after being informed to do so will result in a ban.
[13] False Claims:
- Making false accusations or reports about other users is not permitted. This can harm innocent players and waste valuable time. Additionally, intentionally spreading misinformation about topics is not tolerated. If you continue to make false claims after being asked to stop, you will be banned from the server.
[14] Order Limit:
- You may order a maximum of three items at one time to ensure efficient service. If you attempt to order more than three items, you will be reminded of the limit. Continuing to violate the order limit will result in a ban from the server.
[15] Account Age:
- To visit the juice bar, your Roblox account must be at least 14 days old. This requirement helps prevent trolling and exploiting. We understand this may inconvenience new users, but it is in the best interest of our community’s safety and enjoyment.
[16] Discrimination:
- Racism, homophobia, transphobia, ableism, sexism, or any form of discriminatory language or behavior is not permitted at Suntide. This includes, but is not limited to, verbal statements, usernames, and articles of clothing. Any such behavior will result in an immediate and permanent ban to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all.

- Your group must uphold a good reputation, have a dedicated, active community, and have professional staff.
- Your group must be willing to post and attend Suntide’s events.
- Your group must not sell ranks or have had a history of selling ranks granting administrative permissions.

To apply for an alliance with Suntide, you must open a Public Relations ticket in our Discord server. Then, provide the following information:
- The groups Roblox group and Discord server links.

A response should be given within 72 hours. Affiliation decisions are at the discretion of our Public Relations department, and some reasons as to why your application was declined may be confidential.
Appeals Guide
Appeals Guide
Welcome to the Appeals Guide! This section is intended for users with Critical Bans to appeal their bans. Critical bans include: Permanent Bans (PBans), Group Bans (GBans), Complete Bans (CBans), and MR Blacklists. Before you can appeal a Critical Ban, you must wait 48 hours since the ban.
Discord bans are to be appealed through the Wick dashboard, which will be sent to you upon receiving a ban. Click the Discord ban appeal link after 72 hours and check your dashboard notifications to see if your appeal was accepted or rejected. If you did not receive a Wick dashboard appeal message, you may DM any HR with your appeal message.
To appeal a Critical Ban (after the 48-hour waiting period), open a Ban Appeals ticket in our Discord server and state your appeal. Include any necessary information and do not bug HRs to check your ticket. A response will be given within 72 hours.
If your appeal is denied, you must wait 14 days before you can appeal again. If you appeal before the waiting period, appeal again after rejection before the 14 days, or send in multiple appeals before a decision for one is made, your appeal(s) will be ignored. If you have any questions or encounter any issues, DM any High Rank or above in the Discord server.
Some reasons your appeal may be denied might be (but aren’t limited to):
- Lack detail
- Lack of grammar
- Lack of sincerity
- Lying in your appeal
- Not clearly stating information such as the ban reason
- Continuing to break rules during the time your appeal is being processed, or shortly beforehand
- Entirely blaming others in your appeal
- Appealing before you’ve had enough time to change/improve
- Being bothersome and/or immature during the appeal process
Frequently Asked Questions
Frequently Asked Questions
Welcome to Frequently Asked Questions! This section is intended to answer many questions the community may ask very commonly. If you don’t see a question you need answered here, don’t fret, as you can always make your way over to an MR+ and ask them the question, or ask on the group wall or in a General Questions ticket in our Discord server!
1. How do I start working?
To begin working at Suntide, you must first join our Roblox group. Then you must join our Application Center and answer and pass a short quiz. Once you have passed the quiz, you will be ranked to Trainee. Upon receiving the Trainee rank, you may start your journey by attending a training session at our Training Center when one is being hosted. View our Session Schedule section above to see our training session times.
2. I passed the application and/or a training session but was not promoted. What should I do?
In the event our ranking system fails, or a Trainer fails to rank you, you may contact a High Rank or above about the issue. If you passed the application and were not ranked, please redo the quiz, take a screenshot of the passing message, and send it to an HR+, letting them know you were not ranked. If you passed a training session and were not ranked, contact an HR+ and state the username of your trainer, the session you attended, and any other necessary details about the training. If you cannot remember the username of your trainer, contact an HR+, and they will try to verify your attendance and passing. If we cannot verify that, you will need to redo the application/training.
3. Can I work under the age of 13?
You may work at Suntide up to the Master Barista rank under the age of 13! Unfortunately, Kitchen Leaders and above must be 13+ as we require our Kitchen Leaders and MRs+ to have safechat disabled and have access to Discord.
4. How can I get promoted to Kitchen Leader?
To get promoted to Kitchen Leader, you may view our Low Rank Promotion Guide section below. Some general guidelines are that you must be 13+, in our Discord server, and be a Master Barista.
5. How can I get MR? Can I purchase it?
You cannot purchase any administrative ranks here at Suntide. To get MR, you must first become a Kitchen Leader. Once a Kitchen Leader, you must continue working at the Juice Bar and be active on our Discord server. We prefer helpful, active, and kind Kitchen Leaders, who are trying their best to represent Suntide positively. Those who maintain consistent activity and a positive, professional attitude stand out among others and are preferred. For more information, follow our Low Rank Promotion Guide below.
6. I’m a Master Barista/Kitchen Leader and have been working for a while, but haven’t been promoted. What should I do?
If you’ve been working for some time but have not received a promotion, ensure once again you meet all requirements. This means being 13+, in our Discord server, having safechat disabled, etc. View the Low Rank Promotion Guide below for more details on promotion requirements. If you meet the requirements and still have not been promoted, we suggest you keep trying. Remember that hinting towards a promotion is very negative on your character, and hurts your chances at promotion even further. Keep a positive attitude and make sure to be consistently active in both the Discord server and the Juice Bar. Also try your best not to seem desperate for a promotion, and keep working hard! Remaining helpful to customers and other Low Ranks improves your chances at promotion drastically, and helpful/positive qualities are what we seek in KLs and MRs. Remember to take a break if needed.
7. Can I get promoted without having any Robux?
Yes! It is a myth that Robux, a cool username, or an aesthetic avatar is required to receive a promotion. We only base promotions on your qualities as a Low Rank and your behavior.
8. Is grammar/punctuation required to receive a promotion?
No, grammar and punctuation are not required to receive a promotion, however your sentences must be legible. It is completely your choice if you’d like to use grammar and/or punctuation at our facilities or on our Discord server. Note that the legibility of sentences (including consistent spelling errors) may be taken into consideration.
9. What language should I speak as a Staff member?
To get promoted at trainings and be considered for a promotion, you must be able to speak English. This is to allow for effective communication between our Staff members and customers. If you cannot speak English, you may attempt to use an online translator to assist you. Note that if you are using a translator, issues with legibility and delays in communication may be taken into account towards promotion.
Low Rank Promotion Guide
Low Rank Promotion Guide
Welcome to the Low Rank Promotion Guide section! This section is intended to guide Master Baristas towards a KL promotion, and Kitchen Leaders towards an MR promotion. Kitchen Leader spots are limited to 50 positions, and Staff Assistant spots are limited to 30 positions. You may view our Staff Board Trello to view positions and current promotees.
Master Baristas:
Advancing from Master Barista to Kitchen Leader is quite a jump. You are expected to maintain professionalism and uphold new responsibilities, including the usage of the kick command. The requirements to be eligible for Kitchen Leader are as follows:
- Must be 13+ and have safechat disabled on Roblox
- Must be verified in our Discord server
- Must be consistently active at the Juice Bar and on our Discord Server
- Must have 2-factor authentication enabled on both Roblox and Discord
- Must have a good reputation within the industry, including our affiliated groups
- Must have been working as a Master Barista for at least 3 days
- Must be able to speak proper English
- Must be professional
Once you have ensured you meet these requirements, it’s time to begin your journey along the ranks! Make sure to stay consistently active at the Juice Bar and our Discord server.
Kitchen Leaders:
Congratulations on Kitchen Leader! Advancing from Kitchen Leader to Staff Assistant is an even bigger jump. As a Staff Assistant, you are required to supervise the Juice Bar, attend trainings, and uphold a higher sense of responsibility. You will be able to handle trollers yourself and won’t be working behind a register anymore. As a Kitchen Leader, keep doing the positive things you did as a Master Barista to receive a promotion. Remain consistently active at the Juice bar and on our Discord server. Stay dedicated and keep working, and you’ll be an MR before you know it!
Kitchen Leaders receive the kick command upon promotion. This permission is to NOT be abused and should be handled with extreme care. This command can only be used when there are no MRs+ in-game and when there is a troller or disruptive player. If the troller rejoins after a kick and continues to troll, you may not use the command again. You must now open a support ticket and request an MR+. If a player is bypassing, has a bypassed username/clothing, or is exploiting, do NOT kick. Gather proof and open a support ticket on our Discord server. General Managers and above have resources to view misuse of this command and if detected, you will be demoted.
Tips for Promotion:
-
We encourage players to work around 15-20 minutes per day at the Juice Bar.
-
We especially notice players who actively engage with the community and interact with customers, fellow Low Ranks, and even members of Management and above.
-
Display important qualities! We look for helpful, professional, and determined players, and showing these traits can boost your chances. We actively seek maturity and leadership skills in our Low Ranks.
-
Follow all our rules and help maintain them. Actively report players not following our rules and be helpful when doing so. Although you cannot moderate other players yourself and shouldn’t act as a figure with authority, you can send in reports to MRs in-game with the support command or on our Discord server. Players being thorough and providing enough information for us to take action stand out. Do not overcomplicate the process though, as too much information may be too much to read through and will delay the reporting process.
-
Stay dedicated and work hard! We notice Low Ranks who truly take the time to receive a promotion and work hard for it.
-
Don’t farm activity and maintain integrity. Those who work towards a promotion the proper way will always have the best chance, and those who attempt to cheat the system will drastically hurt their chances at promotion.
-
Don’t seek attention. General Management and above will seek out good candidates themselves, and seeking attention from any Management+ member will hurt your chances of receiving a promotion.
-
Don’t be consistently inactive. Gaps in your activity or very inconsistent activity patterns are a red flag to General Management+ as it shows us you may not uphold consistent activity as an MR+. The more active you are and the more consistent you are, the better your chances of getting promoted. Remember doing 30 minutes per day is better than 2 hours one day and then 10 minutes the next, and then 0 minutes the next, and then 25 minutes the next day, etc.
-
Don’t improperly handle trollers. If you expect to be a candidate for Kitchen Leader or Staff Assistant, you MUST be able to properly handle altercations at the Juice Bar. This means properly warning trollers, calling support, and de-escalating the situation. This also means properly sending in reports on the Discord server.
-
Do not impersonate a Management member. Pretending you have authority over others is extremely frowned upon. Unless you are a Kitchen Leader handling a situation with the kick command, you do not have the power to ban others, and pretending you can or that you have other special permissions to handle them is not allowed and will hurt your chances of promotion.
-
Do not actively seek management members in servers. Avoid entering servers just because that server has MRs in it. General Management and above can view your performance and activity outside of the game, and can even view those consistently server-hopping just to find an MR+.
Suntide’s General Management+ wishes you the best of luck in receiving a promotion. Remember to follow these tips and feel free to check back occasionally. Ensure you follow all requirements and maintain a positive, helpful, and mature attitude. Also, note that we do not want players to overwork themselves. Maintain healthy activity, as working extremely long hours is something we don’t encourage and will not improve your chances of promotion. We consider anything above 3 hours per day to be unhealthy.
