I’m trying to get some feedback on a Super Hard Obby game. I am seeking this feedback due to the fact that my Like ratio is well, bad. Only 33% positive. I don’t know if this is just 6-10 year olds that try to play my game and just can’t beat it, or my game legitimately sucks.
Could you all test it out and reply with some ways I can improve my game?
I donrt really like your obby for these reasons:
The spawpoints are not spawning you in the right direction (very annoying)
It’s supposed to be an obby and you find an invisible labyrinth(not fun since you cant die)
Obstacles are not very original, one being a straight line and nothing else, difficulty is not progressive and you have hard obstacles in the middle of very easy one.
The Super Hard Obby is an obby with a correct name. I like how you used teams to limit checkpoints, so the player will have a harder time completing the levels. I enjoyed my visit to your game.
I would take a few things into consideration:
As @Omega77073 mentioned, the spawn points are spawning you in some cases in the wrong direction which can be a little annoying for players.
There are a lot of repetitive levels, which is absolutely no problem as long as they are fun to do. However, there are four ‘choose the right path’ stages which is - in my opinion - a bit too much.
Theme/Atmosphere. You currently use the basic Roblox sky which is okay but to create a feeling of playing ‘the super hard obby’ you might consider changing the sky and making the levels different than grey.
I would change the ‘Open Shop’ GUI, the shop GUI itself is nice: I’d change the ‘Open Shop’ GUI so it looks the same as the shop GUI.
Good luck (if you are planning to create more levels), with building and with improving your game if you find these helpful.
