Support doesn't understand "Tipalti Security questions reset", considering litigating roblox

Hey. I’ve been talking to support for months now - Repeatedly asking for my security questions to be reset.
However I always get the same response - We unlocked your account etc etc.
I’m asking for my Security questions to be reset - I cannot reset my password as the security questions get in the way.
My robux will expire soon. I’m going to litigate roblox with a coalition of high profile developers if they don’t start taking this seriously. Any job i’ve worked we have supervisors who unlock our scheduling app accounts, yet here we have roblox who doesn’t understand that Security Questions is a thing that’s part of their payment processor platform and doesn’t understand it at all.

How is your robux going to expire, exactly?


Have you tried directly contacting Tipalti? You can probably forward the Roblox emails to them to get your point across.

You can’t really sue Roblox unless you are under 18 due to Roblox’s terms of service.
