i’m currently trying to an appeal an unjust ban following uploading an asset for my game. given i have minimal time to spend working right now, i appealed immediately. however, upon submitting my appeal (which i had submit twice,) it takes me back to the ban page and i receive no confirmation email, no type of notice that my appeal has been submit, nothing.
does anyone know if the support form is even the right place to submit an appeal? it doesn’t seem to work whatsoever from an end user perspective

Normally, that should be the place to appeal a ban. You can try contacting Roblox directly from their email, I’m pretty sure its appeals@roblox.com.

i knew there was some kind of email given there used to be one listed on the ban page, albeit, i have no clue why roblox directs you to the support form immediately, when it does not even seem to work
appeals email worked fine, gave me a confirmation, ty
EDIT: nevermind it says it’s not even in use anymore

Hm, weird. They said that it would work. You must then use the support form in Support - Roblox.
