I have little problems with DevEX and they takes very long time to response, i’m feel they special ignore me.
First message took 12 days
Second message took 14 days
Right now 8 days wait and still wait. Took 34 days and still wait, it too many times.
I tried to write support more one times and was not successful, only first ticket i got response two messages.
Why it happening? They responded faster but this summer very long.
