Support team often takes weeks and doesn't restore items

As said in the title, I can only best describe this with an example;

My support ticket was created on the 8th of April, to which I hadn’t received a reply until the 20th. I was glad to have finally received a response, to which support had stated they’d approve my item in 3-5 days.

Unfortunately, by tommorow it’ll officially be a month since I originally sent a support ticket, and I still haven’t received any response from support regarding the status of this item’s restoration.

Expected behavior

Users shouldn’t have to remind support to do their job; Neither should I have had to wait practically 2 weeks for a reply. Roblox should allocate a larger staff team for the support team, at the least have their staff on schedule to restore items

My friend has been waiting an entire month to get a reply from the support team about his false terminated account. This seems to be an issue that’s happening to a few people.

this seems to be more of an issue with how roblox support works, theres a priority list that goes from top to bottom.

The only reason why staff is taking longer is because your lower down.
