Throughout the course of a month now I’ve sent around 3 support tickets. Unfortunately, all three of these tickets have been ignored with the longest lasting 1 month.

There is a very large queue of people using support tickets
Maybe 100k at most
Bots do it faster tho cuz roblox support team is less than 30 people i think
If they didnt respond back that probably means they are a human
If they dont respond for more than 3 months, then its probably a bug
I contacted roblox support to get my account (this one)
They responded in less than 5 minutes and im not sure if its a human or a bot
This has been happening recently with bundle appeals, and a heads-up should be given to the agent.
Even though they responded, I can say that I only got half the help I needed. They treated 2 bundle IDs like asset IDs and put me in the waiting queue, even though I specifically mentioned that they were all bundle IDs.
I want to know why they didn’t all get reviewed at once, and why they have this attitude towards certain bundles.

The appeals team hasn’t responded for over a week. Could they be on a break?
Unfortunately, it’s not just one appeal—I’ve sent multiple appeals from different accounts and emails regarding different issues, but I haven’t received any responses.
If a staff member could look into this, it would be greatly appreciated.
I’ve been regularly contacting the appeals team for years, but I’ve never seen such a delay before.

Sent an appeal request for my game that was wrongly moderated by automation exactly 8 days ago. Still no response.

I got a response to one of my appeals after 2 WEEKS (14 days). There’s seriously a ridiculous delay.

For the first time in weeks, they replied to my new tickets in less than a day. I think this issue is fixed now. I’d recommend sending another request — they’re ignoring old tickets for some reason.

I think I figured out the reason behind their “we are currently investigating the reported content” response.
Today, Roblox randomly told me that they rejected my appeal for one of my bundles because the bundle’s dependencies were deleted. First, I need to submit an appeal for the dependencies — then I can appeal the bundle.
Surprisingly, the exact same bundle is still being held up by an agent on the Roblox Support appeals team. I’m guessing that bundles with deleted dependencies being restored still shows up as an issue. I thought this was already fixed. @PseudoRNG3816
This issue is still present for @quickifys (he doesn’t have access to the devforum).
I’m not sure what he can do anymore but wait…Roblox Support & Appeals is taking weeks to reply back to him about his false termination when the assets are restored.
Today, I submitted an appeal for a bundle, and I received a response within 7 hours. The bundle was immediately restored following their response.
Additionally, it appears that changes have been made to the appeal process in relation to this bug report. Previously, only an agent named Paulo from the appeals team handled bundle appeals, but now a moderator named Xander has also started reviewing cases. This means that two individuals are now involved in expediting the bundle appeal process, and I hope they receive a response in a timely manner.
