Surface gui / mesh glitch

Hello,i have been modeling for a while but have never experienced such a thing where a perfectly centered surface gui would clip trough a mesh as i move further away.
I have tried to give the mesh a texture,change RenderFidelity to precise but it just looks like that “always on top” on the surface gui would be on.
This is really important to me but i cant change the sizes of the meshes because its based of an IRL device.
