Surface gui text is dark but when i set AlwaysOnTop it is normal (white) but it is visible through the walls

  1. What do you want to achieve? I want to have my text in surfacegui colored white, and not to be dark.

  2. What is the issue? I am working on a small cyberpunk style building, and I wanted to make some hologramic neon billboards, with text on them (that changes every 20 seconds), and a little bit of transparency. The problem is, I want to have this text colored white, and just really bright so it can be easily readed. When I was using the AlwaysOnTop setting, It was the thing I wanted to have (The text is bright, very cool), but it is visible through the walls. If i turn off AlwaysOnTop setting, the text becomes dark and it’s harder to read it.

  3. What solutions have you thought of so far? I tried to change color of the text, color of the neons, transparency level and obviously tried to change AlwaysOnTop setting in SurfaceGui.

(Image #1. AlwaysOnTop setting is on False)

(Image#2. AlwaysOnTop setting is on True)

AlwaysOnTop = set to false
LightInfluence = 0
There you go
