Surface Selection's transparency doesn't work

Reproduction Steps

  1. Create a Surface Selection
  2. Try to change transparency

Expected Behavior
When transparency is set for example to 1 then the Surface Selection shouldn’t be visible

Actual Behavior
When transparency is set for example to 1 then the Surface Selection is still visible
