SurfaceAppearance doesn't replicate with Transparency AlphaMode

Whenever a MeshPart with a SurfaceAppearance that relies on the AlphaMode set to “Transparency” is inserted via the server (for example by using :Clone()) the MetalnessMap, NormalMap and RoughnessMap aren’t replicated to the client. This issue doesn’t seem to be happening for SurfaceAppearance meshes that do not rely on the Transparency AlphaMode.

In this gif you can see that the Road’s SurfaceAppearance properly replicates while the Fence’s SurfaceAppearance doesn’t:
