SurfaceLights issue on mobile

I’ve tested on both my Phone and iPad and the issue persists for me, but it’s fine for my friend… I’m using ShadowMap technology (which looks fine at all qualities on my PC, and others look fine too in Studio) with less than 50 lighting objects in Workspace, and the SurfaceLights all have an angle of 5, and a range of either 30 or 50. Brightness varies.
Few rooms have functional lighting, but the majority that don’t:

Problem is gone if their angles are set to 100? Let me see if I can find a sweet spot…
