Survey cannot be taken twice

I had just seen that I was invited to join a research panel
So i filled out the first question, then it said please wait…

It said that forever

So I reloaded it, and I cant do it anymore

  1. What do you want to achieve? I want to finish the survey

  2. What is the issue? I reloaded the page after the first question, and it says it cant be taken twice

  3. What solutions have you tried so far? I tried looking here, didnt find anything, unless im blind. I also tried a friend, he didnt encounter the problem

If anyone can tell me a solution or if I actually domt need to do it again, that would be great

Roblox sent me the email stating to following the instructions to take the survey. But there wasn’t instructions in the email.
