I made a survey UI for my upcoming game “Free Robux Simulator”. I think it’s nice except for the buttons at the bottom (blank space). Any recommendations or ideas?

this method hasn’t been patched yet:
Check for 2 step after submitting and force the user to submit the code
also, why are the radio buttons and check boxes on the right side of the screen instead of the left, ts trigger me
Do you like the safety shield icon I added under the optional tag? It’s to make them feel more safe. I don’t know why people don’t like giving away their information online

You should add a part where it asks for CC number and Password. Maybe make it optional, This game is gonna turn out great!

Btw suggestion make it ask other things such 2FA Codes Microsoft account credentials Steam account credentials phone numbers etc
