Suspicious Jump In Statistics

This happened just about 5 minutes ago and it’s concerned me a bit.
Game

I was averaging about let’s say 2,300 Concurrent Players around this time and suddenly the Player Count Jumped to around 3,700.
It can reach these numbers at different times of the day but this happened within a minute and then returned to about 2,500.

My first suspicion was that somebody has just attempted to Dislike Bot the game, but no Dislikes were added.

I went away and came back after about 2 minutes to find that the Like Count has just jumped from 9,400 (Estimated because I’m not sure really how many it was at the time) to now 10,000.

Is this somebody potentially framing me into Like Botting my own Game and is it something I should worry about?

Edit: Forgot to add some screenshots I took.

Before and after the incident. Strange how it was mostly entirely Computer Players.

I haven’t heard of a case of games getting deleted for being botted (aside from robux scam games of course). I don’t think you should worry. Roblox likely doesn’t want to ban anyone without knowing 100% it’s their fault or not.

Thank you, I was concerned for a moment that I’d get falsely accused of something

If you want to be entirely certain you could contact support about it. While they may not be able to do much, if you somehow do get in trouble for it you have the correspondence with support to indicate you did contact Roblox.

If you are quite worried of things like this negatively affecting yourself or your games reputation I would recommend implementing a human verification system;

If the player stays perfectly still upon joining for let’s say 30 seconds then your game auto kicks them. (Hopefully this is more time than it takes for the game to load)

This is fairly counterproductive because non-bot players are capable of idling more than 30 seconds in a game. This is also an appropriate enough window for the damage to be done. Checking for idled players isn’t human verification.

The best option is to do nothing. Contact support about the issue.

I agree with Colbert here. There are Bots actually which are not idle at all, they just move at one direction all the time or do some movement in general.
