Our talented pastry chefs create all of our products in-house, ensuring that we maintain the highest quality standards. We take pride in being one of the finest bakeries in the industry, providing perfection through our exquisite breakfast, milkshakes, pastries, and desserts.
Training Sessions

- The individual holding this rank leads the Ownership Team. This person makes all authority choices and runs the entire group, alongside the Co-Owner(s).

- Individuals with this rank are part of the Ownership Team. They, alongside the Owner, run the group.

- Individuals with this rank are members of the Leadership Team. Their main role is to oversee their departments and oversee the group.

Manager
- Managers, the fourth MR rank, are responsible for game activity. Managers are given the ability to host shifts at the café. Additionally, managers are given the ability to promote Master Bakers to Kitchen Leaders. Managers are still responsible for hosting sessions and training at sessions.
- Assistant Manager
- The third MR rank, with this rank comes new responsibilities. Assistant Managers gain the ability to host sessions. Additionally, Assistant Managers are muses for Bakery Assistants completing mentorship tasks, the main one being assisting.

Supervisor
- The second MR rank, possess operational obligations such as supervising the café, training those awaiting training, and other duties. Members promoted to this rank will have illustrated exceptional behavior throughout their time as a Bakery Assistant.

Bakery Assistant
- The first MR rank, possesses operational obligations such as supervising the café, training those awaiting training, and other duties as well as those acquired from required mentorship.

Kitchen Leader
- The last Low Rank, obtainable by gaining 500 points at the café. As a Kitchen Leader, you are eligible for a position on our Management Team.

- The third Low Rank, obtainable by attending a third training session.

- The second Low Rank, obtainable by attending a second training session.

Beginner Baker
- The first staff rank, individuals who have just completed training and are now eligible to work at the cafe as a Low Rank

- Individuals who have passed the quiz at the application center and are now eligible to attend a training session at SweetHub.

Eligibility for MR
If you’re a Kitchen Leader, you are eligible for a spot on our MR Team. In order to be considered for the position, there are a few pieces of information which will be listed below.
- A minimum of 30 minutes in game per day is recommended.
- Decent activity in the communications server is recommended.
- A discord account (must be 13+) is required.
- No safechat is required.
- Professional language as well as proper punctuation and grammar is recommended.
- Hinting of any sort will not be taken lightly, and will most likely reduce your chance of being promoted gravely.
- No record of kicks, bans, blacklists, or violations should be on record for a spot on our MR Team.
Ban Appeals
If you have unfortunately been banned from one of our facilities, it is within your right to submit a ban appeal. You can appeal via the form listed down below. After evaluation, an HR+ will contact you via discord and inform you whether or not your ban appeal has been accepted, or denied.
Additional Information
- Please keep note that our team needs a minimum of 48 hours to evaluate, and respond to your request.
- If your request is denied, you must wait a minimum of 2 weeks before submitting another request.
- Being untruthful in your responses will not be taken lightly, and may result in an appeal blacklist.
- You may only appeal a week after your punishment is handed out.
