Community Guidelines
These rules apply to all Sweetsiez public facilities, not just our main game. They’re here to keep our community safe, fun, and enjoyable for everyone. Please remember that in most cases, staff may take action without giving a warning first. Thank you for helping us maintain a positive environment!
- Trolling — Purposely being disruptive, annoying, or malicious towards others.
Action: Warn or Server Ban
- Spamming — Flooding chat or sending repetitive, unwanted content.
Action: Kick or Server Ban
- Harassment — Repeatedly targeting someone with offensive or harmful behavior.
Action: Server Ban or Permanent Ban
- Bypassing — Attempting to avoid Roblox’s chat filter to share inappropriate or restricted content.
Action: Permanent Ban
- Exploiting — Using cheats, scripts, or game-breaking tools to gain unfair advantages or disrupt gameplay.
Action: Permanent Ban
- Discrimination — Any racist, homophobic, sexist, or otherwise hateful behavior (in chat, names, or clothing).
Action: Permanent Ban
- Death Threats — Making any statements that threaten another person’s safety or life.
Action: Permanent Ban
- Leaking / IP Leaking — Sharing private or sensitive information, including IP addresses, that could put someone at risk.

Our staff reserves the right to take appropriate action against anyone disrupting the experience. Please respect these rules so Sweetsiez can remain a safe and welcoming space for all.
Administrative Assistance
There are two main ways to request administrative assistance: using the !help command or the !report command.
Admin Calling (!help)
- Type
!helpin the chat. - If Admins are in-game, they will be notified immediately.
- If no Admins are in-game, you’ll be informed and directed to our communications server. From there, open a General Support ticket to contact an Administrator.
- Please include: the username, the server you’re in, and evidence of the issue.
Reporting (!report)
- The
!reportcommand alerts administrators of an ongoing issue so they can respond quickly. - Use it in this format:
!report username reason
- Example:
!report SweetsiezGuest spamming in chat - This command has a 20-minute cooldown. Do not attempt to bypass it.
Abuse of the !report system may result in an rban (removal from the report system). Our administrators reserve the right to enforce this if necessary.
Ban Appeals
Falsely banned or have an old ban you’d like removed? You can now submit a ban appeal through our Ban Appeal Form or Group Forums.

The following guide explains the duties, abilities, and rank structure of all Sweetsiez staff. It also outlines which roles are considered Staff, Supervision, Management, and Corporate.

Community Ranks
Sweetsiez Supporter
A Sweetsiez Supporter is the rank that every member in Sweetsiez starts as. This rank serves as the entry role and for anyone who wants to envelop them selves into this wonderful land of friendliness and positivity.
House Favorite
A House Favorite is someone who has been a Relations Manager+, or just a friend of Corporate. This rank is purely honorary and only obtained via the aforementioned ways. This rank does not possess any abilities other than the signifigance of the reputation it holds.
Allied Representative
An Allied Representative is a representative on behalf of an affiliated group of Sweetsiez. Allied Representatives often join the main game for an alliance visit, or something alliance-related. If you see one of these and there are no admins in-game, alert us so that we can properly assess the situation!
Staff Team
Counter Trainee
A Counter Trainee is the trial staff rank within the Sweetsiez Staff Team. They do not possess any abilities other than learning from other Staff. To earn this rank, go to the Quiz Board located within the Diner.
Junior Soda Jerk
A Junior Soda Jerk is the first official staff rank that can now do Staff Duties; such as cleaning, taking orders, and making orders. To become a Junior Soda Jerk, complete the automated tutorial behind the front counter of the Diner.
Soda Jerk
A Soda Jerk is now an advanced member of the Staff Team, knowing the basics and officially earning triple-digit points. To become a Soda Jerk, you must earn 100 points, or be promoted at a shift by a Supervisor+!
Head Soda Jerk
A Head Soda Jerk is now a senior member within the Staff Team and is now extremely knowledgeable in behind-the-line operations. Being a Head Soda Jerk also awards the usage of the !warn command. Please refer to the #staff-noticeboard channel within the Discord to understand how to use this command properly without a chance of demotion. To become a Head Soda Jerk, you must earn 250 points, or be promoted at a shift by a Supervisor+!
Shift Lead
A Shift Lead is of the highest of Staff and knows fully how to operate within Sweetsiez. They are the leads of the kitchen and run all kitchen operations, trust them when they try to help! As a Shift Lead, this rank also awards the bearer with 3 commands:
- !tpto : You can teleport to your friends.
- !slrespawn : You can respawn 1 player every 20 minutes. Can only be used if there are no admins in the server.
- !slkick : You can kick 1 player every 30 minutes. Can only be used if there are no admins in the server.
Please refer to the #staff-noticeboard channel within the Discord to understand how to use this command properly without a chance of demotion. To become a Shift Lead, you must earn 500 points, or be promoted at a shift by a Supervisor+!
Supervision Team
Staff Assistant
A Staff Assistant is the first rank within the Supervision Team and marks the beginning of a leadership journey within Sweetsiez. They are trusted members who assist with overseeing staff operations while continuing to learn their supervisory duties. Staff Assistants are supported by higher-ranking supervisors as they gain experience in leadership. This rank is limited to 60 members at a time.
Supervisor
A Supervisor is an experienced and trusted leader within the Supervision Team. Supervisors ensure staff maintain high standards, handle promotions and demotions fairly, host frequent shifts, and help foster professionalism and efficiency throughout Sweetsiez. They are responsible for guiding and supporting team members to ensure smooth operations. This rank is limited to 45 members at a time.
Assistant Manager
An Assistant Manager is a senior member of the Supervision Team and serves as a role model for all staff. They handle promotions from Shift Lead to Staff Assistant and oversee Recruitment Shifts to help grow the team. Assistant Managers demonstrate strong leadership, maturity, and dedication to the success of Sweetsiez. This rank is limited to 15 members at a time.
Relations Team
Relations Associate
A Relations Associate is a member of the Relations Team responsible for supporting affiliate-related affairs and maintaining external partnerships within Sweetsiez. This rank cannot be earned through standard promotion and is only available to former staff members (Staff Assistant+), or Allied Representatives. Additionally, candidates must not have been banned from the Sweetsiez Discord or previously terminated from a position. Relations Associates assist with alliance communication, partnership maintenance, and external representation, ensuring professionalism is upheld in all interactions. While they may still participate in events and social media initiatives when needed, their primary focus is on relations and affiliate management. The limit for this rank may be adjusted in the future as deemed necessary.
Relations Manager
A Relations Manager oversees all affiliate-related operations within the Relations Team, focusing on alliances, partnerships, and external relations. They are responsible for maintaining communication with affiliates, managing partnership standards, and ensuring Sweetsiez is represented professionally across all external platforms. A Relations Manager may still assist or participate in other areas when necessary, such as events and social media, but their primary responsibility remains external relations. This rank is limited to 2 members at a time, one Manager leading the Moderation Team, and one Manager leading the Relations Team.
Management Team
Staff Manager
A Staff Manager is the first rank within the Management Team and is promoted from Assistant Manager. They oversee staff operations, manage appeals, handle onboarding processes, and review applications to ensure quality within the team. Staff Managers help maintain structure and consistency across all staff-related matters. This rank is limited to 6 members.
Senior Manager
A Senior Manager is the second rank within the Management Team and is promoted from Staff Manager. In addition to overseeing staff operations, they assist the Relations Team when needed to ensure collaboration between teams. Senior Managers demonstrate advanced leadership and contribute to high-level decision-making within Sweetsiez. This rank is limited to 6 members.
Operations Manager
An Operations Manager is the final rank within the Management Team and is promoted from Senior Manager. They oversee the entire Management Team and are responsible for promoting Relations Associates to Relations Managers. Operations Managers ensure that all teams function efficiently and uphold the standards of Sweetsiez. This rank is limited to 3 members.
Corporate Team
Vice President
The Vice Presidents assists the President in running Sweetsiez and plays a major role in overseeing high-level operations. They help guide leadership decisions and ensure the group continues to grow and succeed. This rank is limited to 3 members.
President
The President is the highest authority within Sweetsiez and is responsible for running all operations across every team. They oversee the entire group, guide long-term direction, and ensure that Sweetsiez continues to thrive as a welcoming and well-managed community. This rank is limited to 1 member.
Promotion Information
Looking to move beyond Shift Lead? This guide covers the requirements, expectations, and the dos and don’ts that will help you on your journey toward Staff Assistant.
Minimum Requirements
To be considered for promotion by an Assistant Manager, you must:
- Be a Shift Lead for at least 1 week.
- Have 500+ points.
- Not have Safechat enabled.
- Have a Roblox account older than 6 months.
- Have a Discord account older than 8 months.
These are only the basics — remember, common sense and professionalism play a huge role in earning promotions.
Dos as a Shift Lead
- Show dedication in-game — Staff Assistant is not a rank you “train” for; it’s earned through consistent activity and effort. Assistant Managers notice those who stand out.
- Be consistently active — Aim for 30 minutes to 2 hours daily. Steady activity is far better than grinding for one day and disappearing the rest of the week.
- Exhibit the right traits — Maturity, professionalism, leadership, and helpfulness are the qualities we look for when considering candidates.
- Stay motivated — Don’t compare your journey to others. Everyone is promoted at different times. Keep a positive attitude and your turn will come.
- Report responsibly — Note usernames of rule-breakers and, when possible, provide screenshots/evidence via Discord. This speeds up admin response.
- Meet all eligibility checks — Be Discord-verified and have Safechat disabled. Without this, promotions cannot be given.
Don’ts
- Don’t seek attention — Asking for promotions or trying to hint that you “deserve one” will only hurt your chances. Promotions are earned, not requested.
- Don’t over-warn trollers — One warning is enough. For further issues, contact an admin. If it’s an exploiter, skip the warning and report immediately.
- Don’t be inconsistent — Long breaks or sporadic activity slow your chances. Consistency is key.
- Don’t impersonate Admins — Avoid pretending to have admin powers or taking on responsibilities you don’t have (like accessing logs or “supervising” registers).
Most importantly, stay positive and keep putting in the effort. Your growth at Sweetsiez is a journey, and every shift brings you closer to the next step!
