Bakery Rules
Violating any of these rules can lead to consequences depending on the severity. That includes being kicked, banned, or permanently banned. Please note that we don’t give warnings; in most cases, you’ll be told to stop once and removed from the server if you continue!
- Trolling: Trolling refers to the act of engaging in disruptive or malicious behavior.
Trolling may include but is not limited to:
- Sending offensive or inappropriate messages
- Exploiting game glitches
- Intentionally disrupting gameplay
- Ordering items that don’t exist
- Standing/dancing on counters and tables
- Abuse of ROBLOX 3D Layered Clothing (Enlarged 3D Clothing)
Moderation Action: Warn/Kick
- Spamming: Spamming is the act of sending unwanted, often repetitive, and unsolicited messages or content.

- Harassment: Harassing is the act of persistently and wrongfully subjecting someone to annoying, offensive, or troubling behavior. Harassing may include but is not limited to:
- Persistently following a player around in-game, monitoring their in-game activities, or interfering with their gameplay without their consent
- Intentionally ruining the gaming experience for others through actions like harassing a player’s in-game character

- Bypassing: Bypassing is the act of bypassing the Roblox chat filter to convey inappropriate or prohibited content, avoiding ROBLOX’s intended restrictions on language and behavior.

- Exploiting: Exploiting on Roblox refers to the act of using unauthorized game vulnerabilities or cheats to gain advantages, manipulate gameplay, or disrupt the normal functioning of Sweetsiez, violating the terms of service of ROBLOX. Exploiting may include but is not limited to:
- Glitching through walls
- Modifying Humanoid properties such as WalkSpeed or JumpPower
- Flying

- Discrimination: Displaying racist, homophobic, or sexist behavior either verbally, within your name, or in articles of clothing is not permitted.

- Death Threats: Death threats are explicit and serious messages or statements that explicitly threaten someone’s life, causing fear, intimidation, and distress.

- Leaking/IP Leaking: Leaking refers to the unauthorized disclosure or sharing of private or sensitive information, while IP leaking specifically involves revealing one’s internet protocol (IP) address, potentially compromising online anonymity and security.

Training Information
Currently, our training sessions are at the same time every day at our Training Center. Please note that sessions can be canceled due to events or holidays at any point; you’ll be notified if they are by the group shout!
Join 15 minutes early! Sessions open up 10-15 minutes before their scheduled time. Multiple servers will be created if needed. Sessions start at the times stated below.

Bakery Assistance
The following information will go over how to call an MR using the “!help” command.
How To Call An MR
To call an MR type “!help” in the chat at the bakery. If there are MR’s in-game, it will contact them. If there are no MR’s in-game, the game will notify you that there are no MR’s in the game and that you’ll have to go to our communications server to open a ticket. Make sure you include their username, the server you’re in, and evidence.
Ban Appeals
Have you been falsely banned from our discord/bakery or have an old ban you want removed? We now provide ban appeals through Google Forms! Please note that the form may be closed at certain points due to an overflow of responses, if they are, you must wait until they open again.
Requirements & Guidelines:
- You may only get accepted to appeal once. After that, you will not be allowed to come back.
- Try to be as detailed and thorough as you can when answering questions in this application.
- Lying or telling misleading information can prevent you from applying in the future.
- Once you have applied, allow at least 2 weeks for your appeal to be processed and handled.
Reporting Staff
How To Report Staff:
See a staff member breaking our rules or acting improperly? Let us know! The information below details who to contact to report specific ranks.
Reporting Low Ranks (LRs): To report low ranked staff you can open a ticket in #support depending on the severity. If you would like to report them in private, DM a Staff Assistant+ to help you handle the situation. Please note that only a Supervisor+ can demote low ranks!
Reporting Middle Ranks/High Ranks (MRs/HRs): To report an MR/HR, DM a member of Human Resources with their username, the reason you’re reporting them, and proof! Human Resources is the only department that handles MR+ reports.
Reporting Corporates: To report a Corporate, contact their department lead or co-lead! You can refer to their Discord roles for one that indicates which department they’re in.
If the Corporate you’re reporting happens to be a department lead or co-lead, please contact a Presidential Team member!
Alliance Information
We’re always open to making new alliances! The Communications Department handles all topics related to alliances! This can include requests, reports, and inquiries.

Rank Information
The information listed below goes over the duties & abilities of every LR staff member as well as what ranks are considered a LR, MR, HR, and a Corporate member! Please note that LRs do not have administrative abilities or authority over other staff members.
Low Rank
Sweete: This role is designated to all those who join the Sweetsiez group. Sweetes are the users who play the game and role-play by ordering items off the menu. In order to become a worker at Sweetsiez, Sweetes must join the group and take the quiz in the quiz centre.
Trainee: Trainee is a trial staff rank at Sweetsiez. At this rank, you have the ability to mop spills, clean dirty tables, and take orders. “Trainees” must attend a Training Session to rank up to Cashier.
Cashier: Cashier is the first official staff member rank at Sweetsiez! Cashiers are like Trainees, but guarantee yourself into the Staff Team!
Chef: Chef is the rank that makes all the orders sent by Cashiers. Chefs gain the extra ability to make orders.
Kitchen Leader: Kitchen Leader is the second rank to have both abilities of taking and making orders. As a KL, you can assist with trainings when called in the Sweetsiez communications server. They can warn guests and LRs. This is the final LR rank and you have the option to move up to Staff Assistant (MR).
Medium Rank
Staff Assistant: Staff Assistants are the newest members of the team! They’re unfamiliar with the duties and may need assistance from the higher ranks as they progress. As a Staff Assistant become more familiar with the requirements and begin to advance within their activity, they may receive a promotion! There may only be 60 Staff Assistants in their rank at a time.
*Supervisor: Supervisors are familiar with Sweetsiez’s requirements and may aid the Staff Assistants when in need of assistance. Now that they’ve been on the team for a while now, their activity requirements have progressed. There may only be 55 Supervisors in their rank at a time.
Assistant Manager: Assistant Managers have been on the Management Team for quite a while now and have shown that they are eligible for their position. As an Assistant Manager, they are to mentor the lower MR ranks and ensure that the bakery is running smoothly. There may only be 50 Assistant Managers in their rank at a time.
Manager: Managers are the last MR rank and are role models the the ranks below. There may only be 45 Managers in their rank at a time.
High Rank
General Manager: General Managers are the first HR rank and have more responsibility as an HR. They are role models to the MRs below them. There may only be 30 General Managers in their rank at a time.
Executive Manager: Executive Managers are more experienced High-Rank. They have much more responsibility such as answering support tickets. There may only be 25 Executive Managers in their rank at a time.
Corporate Assistant: This rank is the last HR rank, meaning you’re eligible to receive an internship in either Communications or Human Resources. You should begin considering what department you wish to become part of, keep in mind you can still be put into the opposite department! There may only be 20 Corporate Assistants in their rank at a time.
Corporate Team
Corporate Intern: This phase is somewhat of a preparation for corporate. You have several responsibilities and are set to high standards, Corporate Interns should be reviewing the progress of our medium ranks to see who is doing good and who needs help in their rank. They should be acting as role models for the lower ranks. There may only be 12 Corporate Interns in their rank at a time.
Junior and Senior Corporate: Junior and Senior Corporate are the ones running the departments. There are three different departments: Communications, Human Resources, and Moderation Department. Communications is in charge of events, game nights, and handling allies. Human Resources is in charge of promotions, demotions, weekly evaluations, and applications. They should help aid the lower ranks with any questions and act as role models. They can participate in all session tasks. There may only be 10 Junior Corporates and 4 Senior Corporates in their rank at a time.
Developer: This rank is maintained by the President of Sweetsiez. This role is designated for the contractors, programmers, animators, graphic designers, and UI designers of Sweetsiez.
Presidential Assistant: Presidential Assistant is the highest Corporate rank and acts as an assistant to the Presidential team. They have no particular requirements but are usually the head of a department. They should help aid the lower ranks with any questions and act as role models. There may only be 2 Presidential Assistants in their rank at a time.
Presidential Team
Vice President: This role is the Co-Owner and Second in Command of Sweetsiez. They run the entire group and make decisions alongside the President. Whenever the President is not available they take on the responsibilities as a group owner. This role is the most entrusted role of the President.
President: The President is the owner of Sweetsiez. Responsible for game development and departments.
