Swipe System on the ball

Hello all. I want to make it so that by swiping the mouse on the ball in the right direction and at the right speed, it will roll in the same direction and at the same speed.

Troubled with 2D to 3D directional velocities

Hello! Recently I’ve been struggling trying to figure out how I could make a swipe system: basically a system where you swipe with your mouse in a direction in 2D space, and then I take that and translate the direction into 3D space and then set velocity to a ball in said direction.
