Switch Accounts list cleared

I frequently use the “Switch Accounts” feature on the website. I normally have 4 different account listed, but today it seems to only display the current account that I am signed in on. As far as I know, nothing about my internet connection has changed, my cookies have not been cleared, my browser plugins are not involved, and there is no indication of a breach. I am able to login to these accounts and get them added to the Switch Accounts list again. The list was only cleared once.

What could cause the switch account list to be cleared?
Having the list cleared defeats the use of the feature.

What I saw when the bug occurred:

Expected: The Switch Accounts list to maintain added accounts.

I am on windows using Google Chrome web browser.
