The Rules listed apply to all of our Partner Roleplay Group Games. Failure to abide by these rules can result in a warning or a game ban for a certain amount of time, or by the most severe penalty you can be banned indefinitely from playing our games. - Follow Server Rules: Players must adhere to the specified rules and regulations of the server. Any violation can lead to removal or temporary banning from the game, depending on the severity of the breach.
- No Exploiting: Players are not allowed to exploit any bugs, glitches, or unintended game mechanics. Any exploitation should be reported immediately to the server administrators or game developers.
- Maintain Realism: Players should strive to maintain a realistic and immersive environment within the game, avoiding actions or behaviors that are out of place or disruptive to the game’s atmosphere.
- No Meta-gaming: Players are prohibited from using out-of-character knowledge to influence in-game actions or decisions, ensuring a fair and balanced playing experience for all.
- No Powergaming: Players are not permitted to force outcomes, ignoring the roleplay scenario or the responses and actions of other players, to gain an unfair advantage or determine the outcome of a scenario.
- Comply with Law Enforcement: In encounters with law enforcement characters, players must act in a realistic and compliant manner, respecting the authority of law enforcement within the game’s context.
- Respect New Players: Experienced players should be considerate and supportive of new players, helping them integrate into the game community and understand the game mechanics and rules.
- Avoid Offensive Content: Players should refrain from using any content, including usernames, character names, and in-game communications, that is offensive, obscene, or discriminatory, maintaining a welcoming and inclusive environment.
- Protect Personal Information: Players should not share or request any personal, sensitive, or confidential information, maintaining privacy and safety for themselves and others.
- Notify of Absence: Players who will be inactive for an extended period should notify the server administrators or the community, ensuring smooth roleplay experiences and server stability.
[Section 2B] Driving Rules
- Obey Traffic Laws: All players must adhere to in-game traffic laws, respecting traffic signals, speed limits, and road signs, to maintain order and realism within the game.
- Drive Realistically: Players should operate vehicles in a realistic manner, avoiding unnecessary recklessness, over-speeding, or actions that would disrupt the immersive experience of the game.
- Respect Pedestrians: Players must drive considerately, yielding to pedestrians at crosswalks and avoiding endangering non-player characters and other players within the game.
- No Vehicle Exploits: The use of vehicle-related glitches or exploits is strictly prohibited. Players found exploiting vehicle mechanics will face appropriate consequences.
- Use Indicators Properly: Players should use vehicle indicators for turning and lane changes, maintaining a realistic and orderly driving environment within the game.
- Park Responsibly: Vehicles should be parked in designated parking areas only, and should not obstruct traffic flow, pedestrian movement, or access to buildings and other areas.
- Maintain Vehicle Integrity: Players should ensure that their vehicles are in decent condition and should not knowingly drive damaged or unsafe vehicles that could pose a risk to others.
- Avoid Unnecessary Damage: Players should avoid causing damage to their own or other players’ vehicles through careless or aggressive driving and should compensate for any damage caused.
- Restrict Pursuits: Engaging in high-speed chases or evading law enforcement should be limited and conducted in a manner that minimizes risk to other players and maintains the roleplay environment.
- Conform to Emergency Vehicles: Players must yield to emergency vehicles, pull over to allow them to pass, and follow any instructions given by emergency personnel.
- Respect Vehicle Ownership: Players should not steal or unlawfully take possession of vehicles owned by other players or non-player characters, maintaining respect for property and ownership within the game.
- Consider Environmental Conditions: Players should adjust their driving according to the in-game weather and environmental conditions, reducing speed and exercising caution as appropriate to maintain safety.
[Section 2C] Character and Out-of-Character Communication Rules
- Maintain Character Speech: When speaking in character, players must maintain the speech and demeanor appropriate to their character, using language and expressions that fit within the game’s setting and their character’s personality, such as “Greetings, how doth thou fare?” for a character from a medieval setting. Casual or modern language like “Hi, how are you?” should be used only if it aligns with the character and the game’s context.
- Distinguish Out-of-Character Communication: When speaking out-of-character, players should clearly differentiate their communication from in-character interaction, typically by using designated channels, prefixes, or brackets, e.g., [OOC: What is he doing?], to avoid confusion and maintain the integrity of the roleplay.
- Restrict Out-of-Character Interruptions: Players should minimize out-of-character interruptions during in-character interactions and scenarios, preserving the immersive experience for themselves and other players.
- Use Appropriate Channels: Players must use the correct communication channels for in-character and out-of-character interactions, respecting the designated spaces for each type of communication to maintain order and clarity.
- Refrain from Mixing Communication: Players should avoid mixing in-character and out-of-character communication within the same message or interaction, maintaining a clear distinction between character actions and player commentary.
- Respect Communication Boundaries: Players should respect the boundaries set by other players regarding out-of-character communication, refraining from pressing others for personal information or discussing sensitive topics.
- Avoid Derogatory Language: Both in-character and out-of-character interactions should be free of derogatory, offensive, or harmful language, maintaining a respectful and inclusive environment for all players.
- Adhere to Roleplay Scenarios: Players should commit to the established roleplay scenarios, avoiding out-of-character comments or actions that disrupt the flow of the game or the experiences of other players.

For Legal In-Game Groups:

For Illegal In-Game Groups:

- Avoid Exploits: Members of illegal organizations are prohibited from using exploits, bugs, or unfair advantages in conducting their in-game activities, ensuring fairness and integrity.
- Respect Consequences: Illegal groups and their members must accept the in-game consequences of their actions, including potential repercussions from law enforcement characters and other players.

General Rules for All Groups:
- Non-Discrimination: All groups, whether legal or illegal, must maintain a policy of non-discrimination and inclusivity, ensuring a welcoming and respectful environment for all members.

[Section 2E] Player-Owned Houses / Apartment Rules
- Maintain Respect for Property Rights: Players must respect the property rights of others. Unauthorized entry or interaction with another player’s house without permission is strictly prohibited.
- Uphold House Integrity: Owners must ensure that their houses are kept in good condition, free of glitches or disruptive elements that could affect the gameplay for others. All structures should adhere to game design principles.
- Maintain Decorum: While conducting activities, legal or otherwise, within houses, all participants should maintain a level of respect and decorum, avoiding behavior that is disruptive or disrespectful to other players.
- Restrict House Modifications: Any modifications or additions to player-owned houses should not disrupt the game environment or provide unfair advantages and must comply with the game’s structural rules.
- Ensure Accessibility: Owners should make their houses accessible to authorized visitors, maintaining clear pathways and not obstructing access to other in-game locations or features.
- Maintain Privacy and Confidentiality: The privacy of the house owners and the participants must be maintained. Any information or activities conducted within a house should not be disclosed without the owner’s permission.
- Adhere to Community and Ethical Standards: The decor, appearance, and content within player-owned houses should respect community and game standards. Any content should not be offensive or inappropriate to other players.
