Talent Hub did not email me when I received an important message

Reproduction Steps
I recently received an email saying that someone has declined me from their application that I never applied to

When I followed the link in the email, I found that someone had sent me an offer to work with them!
… 5 days ago! And I never received an email for that.

Why am I receiving an email saying that I got declined for an offer, and never received an email about the offer in the first place???

Expected Behavior
These are my email settings:

I would expect to receive an immediate email whenever I receive a talent hub message

Actual Behavior
Instead, I have to check the talent hub regularly in order to get notified at all about a message/offer.

Workaround
I noticed the “Someone rescinds an in-progress application for my job” is set to “Daily Update” instead of “Immediate”, so maybe setting everything to Daily Update will work if something is broken with Immediate emails?
