About a year or so ago I made a Talent Hub Team Page for my Game Studio. Everything went great and I had no problems with it until we went through a little rebrand. I changed with ease the name and icon of my Group. The icon updated on the Talent Hub almost instantly, but the name did not. I thought maybe it was just taking a while, but here I am, around half a year later and the name is still not updated.
This is a very annoying problem as it makes the Team Page look absolutely unprofessional. The description shows one name but the title shows a completely different name.
I tried things such as contacting support, updating the content of my Team Page with hopes that the title will change, but I had no success so far.
Does anybody here have any idea what I should try doing?
Has this happened before to other people?
ALSO, I know this is not the right category to post stuff like this but I don’t have access to Bug Reports. So instead of flagging my post try and be helpful.
Looks like the name change is only being shown on certain places. Maybe report it as a bug if you have perms in @AllowBugReports , or just send a message to @Bug-Support
The new name is not being showed anywhere on the Talent Hub.
On my profile where it says “Cactusian” that’s in fact the Project Name which I manually typed and updated. Underneath you can see the actual Team Name which is “Great Games //”.
Anyway thanks for your help! I will try working with Bug Support to see if I can get the issue solved.
