So I have noticed that on the Talent Hub website when you enter the job page there is the year(s) of experience label. This feature I have known about for quite some time is a feature I have known about for quite some time and has had zero effect on me. Although, when I searched my own user, and my year(s) of experience was 0. I have over 3 years of experience which is confusing me. Any idea why it is displaying as zero?

If you’re referring to what I think you are then you have to manually set it.
Personally I think it would be a good idea for them to implement the ability to like set a date for when you started, and it automatically update but I do not think that is a thing unfortunately.
Can you explain exactly how to manually set it? Mine was automatically set to 2 years but I have 3 years experience.
I’m not too familiar with the UI but I believe you do it within your profile. It should be under the about you section. I may be wrong though. Once I am able to I will follow up with better instructions.
I took a look at my creator page and it seems they have changed how it works. There is a section titled “Work History” that I guess you could put your experience. Another option is putting it in your bio. That is what I did personally but it is up to you.
I think it uses your the earliest start date you have out of all projects you have on your Work History. For example if you set a start date of one of your projects to 2021 and all other projects are later than that, the talent hub will use the 2021 date till now as your experience if you know what I mean. Im not quite sure though if this is how it works, but try it just in case.
