I’ve been trying to invite Developers to my job but Talenthub is being awkward;
I have a job open but Talenthub doesn’t seem to pick it up.

I think it should be posted as ‘Bug Report’, can you report bugs from the homepage? (‘Report Bug’ button)
If yes, you should report it on #bug-reports:talent-hub-bugs following the guidelines here: How to post a Bug Report
If not, someone elligible to report bugs should view this eventually and report it in #bug-reports:talent-hub-bugs.
I’m not able to post bug reports btw.
