Talk Testing Game Feedback

Hello.
I created a game called talk test place (It currently doesn’t have a specific name, but it will come once the game is “functional”). It’s a game where you can “talk” to the AI system. I made the entire system simple so I could manage it easier, and so I could replicate them faster. But I ran into one problem. This is a talk game, so the character you talk to needs to have a voice. But I cannot afford more voice lines. I have the correct audio in place, but I can’t afford to publish them into Roblox. At this point, I cannot even afford a R$ 25 voice line.

I would want you developers to play it, and give feedback on what I can do to improve it. This is my second best idea, but also one of my most expensive ones.

Here is the game:

If you want, you can also explain how I can afford more voice lines.

The UI is very unappealing and the contrasing colours kind of hurt my eyes (this isnt an insult, I have sensitive eyes and this could put alot of people like me off from the game) the music drowns out the already quiet voices, the character image is good but I feel like one either made in roblox with parts or a mesh would be better, if you plan on just using the image maybe animating it a bit or giving it some motion at all would just put it ahead that extra mile, aside from that you have a great idea in motion and cant wait too see how it goes and what the story will be like

Thanks for pointing out the music drowning out the voices, and the odd contrast of colors. I didn’t know what I could do, since I didn’t have anyone to give feedback. I do plan on keeping the character images, but I would say thanks to your recommendation.

well you could either change the background colours depending on the character talking or the emotion you wish to convey at that scene

for the character colour find the colour that most well reprisents the character, then using a colour wheel find its contrast for highlights, try not too use neons however, softer tones are more soothing on the eye and make it easier too look at

for emotional colours you could either go with the emotion you want the player to feel or the emotion the characters are feeling

or you could just have a pretty scene and textures for the highlights

I would donate, but the buttons are broken . The GUI is not scaled properly. Half of the objects are off the screen (I played this on a phone)

Have a good day!

I see. I am currently working on bug fixes on my game, and the donation bug will be fixed soon. Thanks for the donation consideration!

Alright, as of right now the donations do work.

I know this is a bit late, but enjoy the small donation
