Tapping the play button multiple times causes the user to be forcefully put back into the experience when attempting to leave

When you enter an experience by tapping the play button multiple times, it causes the user to be forcefully put back into the experience when they attempt to leave.
This can be inconvenient as the user can unintentionally trigger this bug without knowing how.

I have not been able to reproduce the issue on other platforms outside of mobile.

System Info:
Android 15
Google Pixel 8a (Google Tensor G3 with 8GB of ram)

Expected behavior

The user should not be forced back into the experience when they attempt to leave.

We’ve actually been working on this and have a potential fix releasing in the next 2 weeks.

I’ll update here when it’s out and if you could help us verify that it fixes the issue for you that would be greatly appreciated!

Hi @Dyllon3761, we are testing a fix for this.

Would it be OK if I put you in a channel so you could help verify that it works? It is quite difficult for our team to reproduce.

Your channel name should now be ZPlayButtonThrottle.
