Some of the kids have amazing ideas, and are as good as adults at coding ROBLOX.
However they’re not mature enough to handle themselves in a forum with professional standards, and kids could even destroy the forum, by posting whatever they want with no regard for the rules.
This dosen’t excuse them from entering the Developer Forum, and should only be strictly for 13+.

Just FYI it is illegal (by COPPA) for 13- users to use this site. If there are ways Roblox can make it harder for these users to fake their age and get onto the site, it should be done.
Nothing in this post suggests that 13+ to 18 should be deterred.
