Code of Conduct

Grammar:
Grammar is a key to success of good work here at Bloxstreet. It is a sign of professionalism, and it is always good to encourage others to use it for their benefit.

Professionalism:
Professionalism is a MASSIVE importance while working here at Bloxstreet, it shows a good example to all of our customers and your colleagues. Not at all should any member of staff be trolling, exploiting, or breaking any of our guidelines in general; this will result in consequences if you do so.

Respect:
Yourself and your fellow Bloxstreet staff as a community should ALWAYS be respectful. If you are disrespectful, or insult someone, you will face consequences. Respect is required to all ranks, lower, higher, or the same rank. Disrespect could be taken seriously, even if it is a joke.

Toxicity:
There should be absolutely NO toxicity anywhere within our group or community. It will result in an automatic permanent ban from all Bloxstreet games. If you happen to start being toxic, you’ll be immediately punished.

Hinting:
Hinting is when a staff member intentionally or purposely asks/begs for a promotion. The punishment for hinting will result in a strike for Store Intern and above and a demotion if continued. Shift Leader and above will receive an automatic 3-5-day suspension. We recommend to ask only questions about promotions, not talk about them.

Teamwork:
Teamwork is such an important thing to do while working here at Bloxstreet . It is lovely to see staff collaborating with each other and assisting one another. It’s always good to ask your colleagues questions to help you along the amazing and fun journey you will face by working here at Bloxstreet . It’s amazing to see our staff making friends regularly who well then teach them incredibly what to do and how everything works for them to then become a higher rank and teach others. This is an important key that we guarantee will help you succeed within your journey.

MR and HR Promotion Tips
  • Do not hint for a promotion. It drastically lowers your chance of being promoted.

  • Try your best and put effort into your shifts/store time.

  • Do not get jealous of others’ promotions.

  • Be active at the store or at training (Store Manager+) as frequent as possible. We recommend to spend an hour or so a day rather than three hours on one day, then none on the other days.

  • Assist customers and staff whenever they need as best as possible.

  • Remain professional at all times. Professionalism is key to possible promotions.

  • Find a register or employee station before the shift commences. If you do not have a spot when the shift begins, you may either help restock items, advertise clothing in the store, or answer questions on the group wall.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Do we have training times? If so, when are they hosted?
A: Training sessions are held at 4 and 7 pm EST on weekdays. 12, 2, 4, and 7 pm EST on weekends.

Q: What timings are shifts hosted at?
A: Shifts are hosted at 10 AM, 1 PM, 3 PM, 6 PM, and 10 PM on weekdays and weekends.

Q: Why do I lag so much in Target Store? How do I fix this?
A: Depending on your device, it can either increase or decrease the amount of lag you experience while in game. For example, if you have an older device it might give you more lag, but if you have a device of higher end it might not experience lag at all. Also, make sure to turn your graphics settings to the lowest. Our best advice is that if your device needs to be charged, we encourage to do that while playing!

Q: I’m a Trainee Team Member, how do I get promoted?
A: In the Quiz that players take when they are interested in working at Bloxstreet , one of the questions clearly states that if / once you pass the Application Quiz, you must attend training and pass to be promoted. Once you are a Store Intern, you have to be promoted through shifts! The shift times are listed above at the beginning of the document.

Q: I don’t have enough Robux for the uniform, what do I do?
A: If you do not want to purchase the uniform or don’t have enough robux for the uniform, it is optional. We have uniforms provided in the Store, located in the staff spawn room. You can wear any Target Store merch, and MR/HR must wear the badges provided.

Q: What ranks can kick people and ban people?
A: Store Supervisor and above are the ranks that can kick people using the staff panel when they reach 3 warnings, and have been warned a couple of times verbally. Store Director and above can server ban people from the server for: Spamming, Max warnings and Kicks, Raids with less than 5 people and below, etc. Group Manager and above can permanently ban people for: Bypassing, Raiding with groups and 6+ people, Mass spamming, Inappropriate Roleplay/Content in the game, etc.
